Ryan Goering is a Marine Corps veteran, digital strategist, and the creator of The Predictable Work Engine™—a marketing system built to give home service contractors their time (and sanity) back. His journey into entrepreneurship started in shipyards and ended up in search engines, spanning over 16 years of building marketing systems that turn clicks into booked jobs.

In the early 2000s, Ryan co-owned a shipyard in Newport Beach before pivoting into yacht brokerage. When the 2008 crash froze the marine industry, he went all-in on digital—teaching himself SEO, launching profitable niche sites, and discovering the power of predictable traffic.

In 2015, he co-founded Creactive Inc., where he helped over 1000 local contractors dominate their markets through smart, ZIP-code-targeted SEO and Google Business Profile optimization. After nearly a decade of growth, Ryan launched BaaDigi in 2024—a next-gen agency designed to unify what other vendors split apart.
