Ryan Goering — CEO & Founder
Ryan is a U.S. military veteran who spent over a decade in digital marketing before founding BaaDigi. After watching too many contractors get burned by agencies that didn't understand the trades, he built an agency that only works with contractors — and refuses to take on clients outside the industry.
His background combines hands-on technical SEO, paid media management, and AI automation with the discipline and accountability that come from military service. Ryan personally oversees every client strategy and holds the team to one standard: measurable growth or we fix it.
When he's not building growth systems for contractors, you'll find him in Huntington Beach with his family, testing new AI tools, or helping fellow veterans transition into entrepreneurship.
