Our core contractor growth plan
This plan fits contractors doing $250,000–$3 million who want to coordinate growth around specific services, service areas, and available capacity. You do not need to reach $1 million first.
If the main problem is being found or responding to the inquiries you already receive, compare Level 2: Stability first.
You know which services you want to grow and have capacity to handle more inquiries.
You want less dependence on one lead source or occasional referrals.
Your team can respond, qualify inquiries, and record what happens after the first contact.
You have a separate advertising budget and want evidence before increasing it.
Predictability means a repeatable process for choosing, measuring, and improving your marketing. It does not mean identical lead volume every week.
Coordinate paid search, local SEO, and follow-up around your priority services and actual service area.
What we check: Qualified inquiries by source, so you can see concentration and gaps.
Align campaign targeting, service-page copy, and intake questions with the projects you want and can handle.
What we check: The share of inquiries that match your service, area, and capacity.
Use planned follow-up and eligible retargeting audiences to stay connected with people considering your services.
What we check: Re-engaged inquiries and recorded next steps, rather than message volume alone.
Review lead quality, cost, response capacity, and sales outcomes before expanding campaigns.
What we check: Qualified-lead cost and customer acquisition cost where the necessary data is available.
Stability puts visibility and lead response in order. Predictability coordinates broader campaigns, retargeting, and nurture around the services you want to grow, with more frequent optimization and planning.

AI visibility + Google search + useful answers
We connect useful service content, accurate business information, and real project evidence. Those pages give customers answers and search systems information they can access. Paid campaigns and organic visibility are measured separately.
Explain the service, estimate process, practical constraints, and service area. Publish real prices where available and explain what affects custom quotes.
Use project stories, photos, genuine customer feedback, and accurate credentials. Connect that evidence to the relevant service pages.
Review relevant search activity and dated AI answers. Record whether the business is mentioned, whether the website is cited, and whether inquiries follow.
Google’s AI search guidance emphasizes accessible content and established SEO fundamentals. Buying ads or changing website platforms does not guarantee an organic ranking or AI citation.
Inspect AI answers and their sourcesWe agree on the campaign scope, content priorities, integrations, and reporting before work begins. The service combines the following components.
Website and local visibility work, business profile and reviews, social media management, AI-assisted lead response, CRM, and tracking remain part of the service mix.
Build and optimize search campaigns around the services, customer intent, and locations that fit your business. Coordinate with Local Services Ads where eligible and appropriate.
Develop useful service and location content for the areas you actually serve. Connect pages to real project examples and keep important business information accurate.
Configure follow-up for inquiries that need more time, using messages relevant to the service and stage of the conversation. Your team maintains contact permissions and records outcomes.
Plan campaigns for eligible audiences that have already interacted with your business. Launch depends on audience availability, permissions, platform rules, and the agreed budget.
Weekly optimization and strategy calls every other week keep campaign decisions connected to your business. Use quarterly planning to review seasonality, capacity, and priorities.
Start with the work you want, the capacity you have, and the information available. Then use campaign results and your team’s feedback to make the next decision.
Identify the services, areas, and types of inquiry that fit your business. Review current performance, account access, tracking, and the budget before setting the campaign scope.
Test the contact paths and reporting. Coordinate ads with relevant pages, establish follow-up responsibilities, and launch eligible channels after access and approvals are ready.
Review search terms, lead quality, costs, and response performance. Shift the plan based on evidence and capacity rather than assuming more spend always means better results.
You provide accurate business details, account access, project material, timely approvals, and lead outcomes. Your team remains responsible for estimates, customer decisions, and completing the work.
Separate the service from the advertising
The monthly service fee is $1,397. The published advertising planning range is $1,500–$3,000 per month, paid separately to the platforms. We evaluate that range against your trade, market, services, and capacity before recommending an actual budget.
The ad-budget ranges can overlap. If your monthly ad spend is within Stability’s $1,600 management ceiling and you do not need broader campaigns, retargeting, or nurture, Stability may be sufficient. Choose Predictability for the additional scope, not simply because you reached a spending number.
Before starting, confirm your campaign budget, included management scope, any setup and usage charges, and account access or transfer terms. No fixed launch date or lead count is promised.
The Predictable Work Dashboard
Look beyond total traffic or form submissions. The dashboard is your view into connected activity; lead quality and sales information make that activity useful for decisions.

These are examples of our work, not a claim that every business bought this exact plan or will achieve the same outcome.
