Our Story
BaaDigi started because we saw a massive gap in the market. Contractors were spending thousands on marketing agencies that didn't understand their business. Generic strategies. Cookie-cutter websites. Leads that never converted.
We knew there had to be a better way. Ryan Goering — CEO & Founder
Ryan is a U.S. military veteran who has worked in digital marketing since 2009 — including founding and running his own agency, Creactive Ink — before starting BaaDigi in 2024. After watching too many contractors get burned by agencies that didn't understand the trades, he built the opposite kind of shop: one that goes deep enough in a client's world to be useful on day one, and turns down work it can't move the needle on. That standard now applies across every industry BaaDigi serves.
His background combines hands-on technical SEO, paid media management, and AI automation with the discipline and accountability that come from military service. Ryan personally oversees every client strategy and holds the team to one standard: measurable growth or we fix it.
When he's not building growth systems for clients, you'll find him in Huntington Beach with his family, testing new AI tools, or helping fellow veterans transition into entrepreneurship.
