There is no single best CRM for contractors. The right one depends on your trade, your crew size and, a major factor, whether the CRM records where each lead came from, because a CRM that cannot tell a Google Local Services Ads booking from a free Google Business Profile booking cannot tell you what your ads are worth. Five of the 11 CRMs on this page publish their prices: Jobber, from $29 a month for one user billed annually[1]; Housecall Pro, from $59 a month billed annually[2]; Service Fusion, from $208 a month billed annually or $245 month to month, with unlimited users[3]; GoHighLevel, from $97 a month[4]; and HubSpot, free for up to two users[5]. ServiceTitan, AccuLynx and Buildertrend quote after a demo[6][7][8]; Workiz, FieldEdge and JobNimbus mark every plan “Request pricing”[9][10][11]. Before you sign with any of them, read the contract: three of the 11 charge every remaining payment if you leave early[12][13][14], and HubSpot’s term plans cannot be cancelled before the term ends[15].
BaaDigi is a GoHighLevel agency and sells a custom CRM built on it, so we have a stake in one of the options linked here. Vendor prices and terms come from the vendors’ own pages; where a vendor publishes no price, the table shows a labeled third-party estimate.
How do the 11 contractor CRMs compare?
The first nine are field-service and construction tools; GoHighLevel and HubSpot are marketing and sales CRMs that contractors run beside them. Each vendor’s own guide has the detail; this is the side-by-side.
| Vendor | Publishes prices? | Contract and cancellation | Data export if you leave | Tracks lead source (LSA / Google Business Profile / call tracking / UTM) | Zapier / API |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| ServiceTitan | No. Starter, Essentials and The Works are all “Request pricing,” priced per technician[6]. User-reported estimate: $245–$500 per tech a month plus implementation, not confirmed[16]. | Term contract. Ending early costs “a termination fee equal to all the remaining payments”[12]. | Customer list to Excel while a customer[17]. After the term, only “commercially reasonable efforts,” fees may apply, and ServiceTitan says it has no obligation to retain data beyond 60 days after termination (the terms do not promise deletion on day 60)[12]. | LSA bookings flow in automatically[18]. Reserve with Google included, needs a verified Google Business Profile[19]. Unique tracking number per campaign[20]. Google click ID stored with the caller and sent back to Google Ads as a conversion[21]. | Zapier app and an API with permission-gated credentials[22][23]. |
| Jobber | Yes. Core from $29 a month for one user billed annually, $49 month to month; Plus from $399 for five users[1]. | Month to month, cancel anytime; or a 12-month commitment that keeps billing to the end of the term if you cancel early. All plans renew automatically[1]. | Client list as CSV or vCard on select plans, while a customer[24]. | LSA Book Online button books into your schedule[25]. Google Business Profile booking link connected automatically on all plans[26]. No native call tracking found; CallRail integration writes source and campaign into Jobber[27]. UTM parameters on form links label the lead source[28]. | Zapier on Connect and up; API access listed on Plus only[1]. |
| Housecall Pro | Yes. Basic $59 a month billed annually or $79 monthly; Essentials $149 or $189; MAX $299 or $329[2]. | No long-term contract[2]. | Customers and Jobs lists as CSV by email, admins only[29]. | LSA and Reserve with Google both connect, but land in one Google channel and are “not differentiated”[30]. Voice call tracking from $45 a month[31]; CallRail on Essentials and up[32]. Booking links carry Tracking Attributes; the help pages never mention UTM[33]. | MAX plan only[2]. |
| Workiz | No. Standard, Pro and Ultimate all show “Request pricing”[9]. Its May 2025 archived page listed $225–$325 a month on monthly billing[34]. | 12-month initial term that auto-renews for 12 months unless you give 30 days’ written notice; fees non-refundable; up to 10% annual increase[35]. | No documented whole-account export; custom reports export to CSV or PDF[36]. | Booking portal connects to LSA, though the help article still cites the Google Guarantee badge[37], and to your Google Business Profile through Reserve with Google[38]. Call tracking per ad group runs on Genius Phone, sold separately[39]. UTM links tag the source[40]. | Pricing table marks both Ultimate-only[9]; a help article says Zapier needs developer API access switched on[41]. |
| FieldEdge | No. Select, Premier and Elite all say “Request Pricing”[10]. Third-party estimate: $100–$150 per office user and $100–$125 per tech a month, not confirmed[42]. | Renews for 12 months unless written notice at least 60 days before expiry; early exit costs the monthly fee times the months remaining[13]. | No self-serve export found; the terms commit only to return or delete personal data on request[13]. | Lead source tracked inside the system[43]; unique numbers by territory[44]. No LSA, Google Business Profile or Reserve with Google integration on the pages we checked; CallRail is not on the partners page[45]. | No Zapier app; the address returned “not found”[46]. Open API on customer request, with a create-lead endpoint[47][48]. |
| Service Fusion | Yes. Starter $245 a month, Plus $382, Pro $627, unlimited users; $208–$533 billed annually[3]. | Pricing page says month to month[3]; the agreement auto-renews for periods equal to the initial term, needs 30 days’ written notice, and fees are non-refundable[49]. | A vendor export is a paid professional service, delivered as-is[49]. | No native LSA; leads come through partner LSArespond at 50 cents per reply after a trial[50]. No Reserve with Google found. Tracking numbers per referral source need the unpriced ServiceCall.ai add-on[51]. | Zapier app[52]; open API on Pro only[3]. |
| JobNimbus | No. Essentials, Pro, Premium and Enterprise are all “Request pricing”[11]. Third-party report: $225 or $550 a month plus $20–$75 per seat, not confirmed[53]. | Monthly or annual agreements; no long-term contract required[11]. | Custom reports plus per-record zip downloads of attachments. Asked whether it can export all data to a thumb drive, its help center answers “Unfortunately, no” and points to those reports and downloads[54]. | LSA and Google Business Profile not mentioned on any page we checked. WhatConverts revenue attribution is native since September 3, 2026[55]. No CallRail listed[56]. AssistAI calls can be assigned a lead source[57]. | API and webhooks on every plan[11]; Zapier integration[56]. |
| AccuLynx | No. Pro and Elite are custom-quoted per user license, billed monthly[7]. | No contract; “you can cancel anytime”[58]. | No published export policy. DataMart add-on exposes data to BI tools while a customer[59]. | LSA and Google Business Profile not documented. CallRail calls arrive with source and tracking number, through the paid AppConnections add-on[59][60]. Embedded web forms are Elite-only[7]. | Both through the AppConnections add-on[60]. |
| Buildertrend | No. One custom-quoted platform with unlimited users[8]. Third-party estimate: $339–$829 a month on annual billing, April 2026 rates, not confirmed[61]. | Auto-renews at then-current fees, which include a CPI increase of up to 10% unless Buildertrend quotes otherwise in writing; no refund mid-term and remaining installments still owed[14]. | Access ends with the subscription. Data may stay available for one year, in a format Buildertrend chooses, possibly for a fee[14]. | Website Lead Contact Form creates a Lead Opportunity[62]. Call tracking, Google Local Services Ads, Google Business Profile and review requests: none is documented on the Buildertrend pages we checked. | Neither listed on the marketplace[63]. |
| GoHighLevel (bought direct) | Yes. Starter $97 a month, Unlimited $297, Agency Pro $497, or $970, $2,970 and $4,970 a year; Enterprise is quoted by sales[4]. Texts, calls, email and AI are charged per use on top: $0.00747 per text segment, sent or received, $0.675 per 1,000 emails, and $97 a month per business for unlimited AI[64][65][66]. Through an agency, the agency sets your subscription price and can add a markup to your usage[4][65]. | Month to month with no long-term contract; upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time from the dashboard[4]. Through an agency, the terms are whatever the agency’s agreement says. | Contacts to CSV, account admins only, download link available for 30 days. Automation history, including past emails and SMS logs, is not included, and only the latest note of up to 255 characters comes with each contact[67]. | LSA for bookings only, through Reserve with Google; no import of LSA leads or their status is documented[68]. Google Business Profile integration pulls new reviews into the inbox and offers GBP call tracking[69]. Native call-tracking number pools; each pool needs at least four numbers, each billed as a regular number[70]. First and latest attribution source stored on every contact, including UTM parameters and the Google click ID[71]. | Zapier app under the white-label name LeadConnector[72]. Basic API on lower plans, advanced on Agency Pro[73]. |
| HubSpot | Yes. Free for up to 2 users[5]. Starter $7 a seat a month paid annually or $10 monthly, a limited-time price for new customers off a $20 list price[5][74][75]. Sales Hub Professional $90 a seat a month on an annual contract plus a required $1,500 onboarding fee[76][75]. Texting is a $75-a-month add-on available only on Professional or Enterprise[75]. | Term plans renew automatically for the shorter of the prior term or one year; you may not cancel before the end of the current term, prepaid fees are not refunded, and you cannot downgrade mid-term[15]. | Records export as CSV, XLSX or XLS[77]. | Original and Latest Traffic Source on every contact, all plans including free[78]. No native call tracking found; CallRail connects through the marketplace with its own subscription[79]. Google Business Profile is not a supported social connection[80]. No LSA integration found in HubSpot’s documentation. | Public API[81] and a Zapier app[82]. |
| BaaDigi Custom CRM (built on GoHighLevel)[83] | Yes: $1,500–$11,000 one-time build by scope, then $147 a month[83] | No contract; month to month, no exit fee[83] | You own the account; on exit BaaDigi hands over the login and exports contacts, pipeline and conversation history[83]. GoHighLevel’s own contact CSV omits automation history and keeps only the latest note[67], so ask what the handover covers | Lead source labeled per form, LSA and Google booking, tracking numbers per campaign (Growth tier and up)[83] | GoHighLevel’s Zapier app and API; usage billed at GoHighLevel rates + 20%, itemized[83] |
Two patterns stand out. Published prices and contract freedom often go together: Jobber, Housecall Pro and GoHighLevel publish prices and sell month to month[1][2][4], while several vendors that quote on request (Workiz, FieldEdge, Buildertrend, ServiceTitan) bind you to a term[35][13][14][12]. JobNimbus and AccuLynx quote on request and say they require no long-term contract[11][58]. HubSpot is the exception: published prices, but Professional plans are annual commitments[76]. And Google lead tracking is thin almost everywhere: only ServiceTitan, Jobber, Housecall Pro and Workiz document a native Local Services Ads lead connection[18][25][30][37], GoHighLevel connects to LSA for bookings only[68], and Housecall Pro admits it cannot separate paid LSA bookings from free profile bookings[30].
How should a contractor choose a CRM?
Start from the lead, not the feature list. All 11 hold a customer record and a pipeline, and the field-service nine schedule, quote and invoice. What separates them is whether a job record can tell you which ad, listing or phone number produced it, because that is the only way to know what to keep paying for.
- Trace one lead from each channel you pay for. A Local Services Ads booking, a call from your Google Business Profile, a click from a Google ad, a web form. Ask the vendor to show you the job record each one creates and what the lead source field says. Housecall Pro will show LSA and Reserve with Google as one “Google” source[30]; Jobber’s help article gives LSA bookings no separate label from profile bookings[25]; ServiceTitan stores the Google click ID with the caller[21], and so does GoHighLevel[71].
- Ask where call tracking lives and what it costs. ServiceTitan builds it in[20], and GoHighLevel’s number pools are native but each number is billed[70]. Housecall Pro sells it from $45 a month[31]. Workiz and Service Fusion put it in add-ons with no published price[39][51]. Jobber, AccuLynx and HubSpot lean on CallRail, and AccuLynx charges for the add-on that connects it[27][60][79]. JobNimbus’s native path is WhatConverts[55]. Buildertrend documents none.
- Check what the CRM does to your Google Business Profile. Jobber connects your profile and links its booking form automatically on all plans unless you disable it[26]. Housecall Pro now routes the Book Online button on your ad or profile into its own booking flow instead of Google’s[30]. Workiz links its booking page to your profile when you connect Reserve with Google[38]. If an agency set up a booking link or tracked landing page, it can be replaced.
- Price the connectors before the plan. Zapier and API access are MAX-only at Housecall Pro[2], Plus-only for the API at Jobber[1], Ultimate-only on Workiz’s pricing table[9], Pro-only for the API at Service Fusion[3] and an add-on at AccuLynx[60]. FieldEdge has no Zapier app and Buildertrend lists neither[46][63]. GoHighLevel’s advanced API is on Agency Pro only[73]; HubSpot has a public API and a Zapier app[81][82].
- Read the exit terms while you still like the vendor. The contract table below has each one’s clause and where it is written.
A CRM that gets the lead source wrong is worse than one that leaves it blank, because you will make ad-spend decisions on it. Run the test bookings before you sign, not after.
Which CRM fits your trade?
Roofing: JobNimbus and AccuLynx are the two built for it. JobNimbus says its core customers work primarily in roofing, restoration roofing, solar, gutters and siding[11], and AccuLynx is built for roofing contractors doing retail and insurance restoration work[84]. Between them, the differences are in insurance work: AccuLynx puts supplement tracking and embedded web forms in Elite only[7], while JobNimbus’s Xactimate integration only works with its legacy financials[85]. ServiceTitan, Jobber and Service Fusion list roofing too[6][1][86]. Buildertrend is not a roofing tool: no measurement integration and no insurance workflow on its pages[63].
HVAC: six of the nine field tools list it. ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, Workiz, FieldEdge, Jobber and Service Fusion all list it[6][2][9][87][1][86]. FieldEdge pitches itself to SMB and mid-market HVAC, plumbing and electrical companies and its plans point at multi-truck operations[87][10], and Housecall Pro announced HVAC, plumbing and electrical packages on July 15, 2026 without publishing prices[88]. If maintenance agreements drive your revenue, note that FieldEdge lists basic agreements on Select and advanced service agreements on Premier[10], and Housecall Pro puts recurring service plans on MAX[2].
Plumbing: the same vendors as HVAC[6][2][9][87][1][86]. The deciding factor is usually the phone, because emergency calls do not fill out forms. ServiceTitan can create a tracking number per campaign[20]; Housecall Pro’s Voice add-on assigns tracking numbers to lead sources from $45 a month[31]; Workiz asks for a unique number per ad group on its separately priced phone add-on[39]. Flat-rate pricebooks are listed on FieldEdge Select and Housecall Pro Essentials[10][2].
Electrical: again the HVAC and plumbing vendors[6][2][9][87][1][86]. Electrical shops with a mix of small service calls and larger installs should check the quoting tiers: FieldEdge sells single-option quotes on Select and multi-option quotes on Premier[10], Jobber puts quotes with visuals and optional line items on Grow[1], and Housecall Pro’s sales proposal tool is on MAX[2].
Landscaping: Jobber and Housecall Pro both list landscaping[1][2], and Service Fusion’s trade list includes it[86]. ServiceTitan’s product family also includes Aspire for landscaping and cleaning companies[89]. Three landscaping-specific platforms, Aspire, LMN and SingleOps, are compared on the landscaping CRM guide in this series, with their prices, contract terms and Google lead-tracking gaps.
GoHighLevel and HubSpot are not trade-specific. HubSpot has construction-industry landing pages but no home service edition or trade-specific product[90]; GoHighLevel markets to agencies and service-based businesses and partnered with Jobber for home service scheduling and invoicing[91].
Which CRM fits your crew size?
- Solo or 1–2 trucks: start with the two field tools that publish prices and sell month to month. Jobber pitches Core at the solo pro, from $29 a month for one user[1], and Housecall Pro Basic includes one user from $59[2]. Service Fusion’s flat per-company price means a solo operator pays the same $245 a month as a ten-person team[3], so it only makes sense once you have a crew. ServiceTitan itself names Jobber and Housecall Pro as its residential alternatives[89]. For the office side, HubSpot is free for up to two users[5] and GoHighLevel Starter is $97 a month with unlimited users[4].
- 3–10 techs with an office: Service Fusion targets 3–30 technicians[92]; FieldEdge describes Premier as built for established multi-truck operations[10]; Workiz aims Standard at growing teams and Pro at mid-size teams[9]; Housecall Pro Essentials includes five users and MAX eight[2]; Jobber self-serves up to 15 users[1]; JobNimbus caps Pro at 10 users and Premium at 19[11]. ServiceTitan’s per-technician price and one-time implementation fee, reported at $5,000–$15,000 for small companies and not confirmed[16], may start to make sense here, but only if knowing revenue per campaign is worth the lock-in[12].
- Multi-location: Workiz aims Ultimate at multi-location teams and franchises[9]; AccuLynx puts multi-location in Elite[7]; JobNimbus supports up to 2 locations on Pro and 5 on Premium[11]; FieldEdge describes Elite as built for large-scale multi-truck companies[10]. Jobber sends 16 or more users to sales[1]. ServiceTitan positions itself across commercial and residential and says it is “not residential-only or service-only”[89].
Whatever bucket you are in, count every login. Jobber counts anyone who views or manages the schedule as a user[1], Housecall Pro charges $35 a month per extra user on MAX[2], HubSpot prices all core seats at the highest tier you subscribe to if you mix tiers[75], and ServiceTitan bills the seats you committed to for the whole term whether or not you fill them[12].
What contract terms should you read before signing?
A signed order form can override any clause below, so ask for yours before the demo ends.
| Vendor | Clause | Where it is written |
|---|---|---|
| ServiceTitan | Ending early costs every remaining payment on the term. After termination, ServiceTitan has no obligation to retain data beyond 60 days (it does not promise deletion on day 60), and export is “commercially reasonable efforts,” with fees possible[12]. | Terms of use, last updated September 16, 2026[12] |
| Workiz | 12-month initial term that renews for successive 12-month periods unless you give written notice 30 days before it ends; annual fee increase of up to 10% on the anniversary of your Sales Order[35]. | Terms of service, last updated February 19, 2026[35] |
| Buildertrend | Renews automatically at then-current fees, which include a CPI increase of up to 10% unless Buildertrend quotes otherwise in writing; no refund mid-term and remaining installments still owed; data may stay accessible for one year after the subscription ends, then may be deleted[14]. | Terms and conditions, last updated June 24, 2026[14] |
| Service Fusion | Fees are non-refundable; the term renews automatically for periods equal to the initial term unless cancelled with 30 days’ written notice before the end of the current term[49]. | Subscription Agreement, last modified March 23, 2026[49] |
| FieldEdge | Renews for successive 12-month periods unless written notice at least 60 days before expiry; early termination fee equals the monthly fee multiplied by the months remaining[13]. | Xplor US SaaS Terms, last update October 2023, which fieldedge.com/legal redirects to[13] |
| HubSpot | Unless the order says otherwise, renews for the shorter of the prior term or one year; no cancellation before the end of the current term, no refund of prepaid or unused fees, no mid-term downgrade; price increases at renewal with at least 30 days’ notice[15]. | Terms of service[15] |
| Jobber | Month to month with no commitment cancels anytime; the monthly 1-year commitment bills through the full 12 months if cancelled early; all plans renew automatically[1]. | Pricing page[1] |
| Housecall Pro | No long-term contract required; downgrades take effect at the end of the billing period[2]. | Pricing page FAQ[2] |
| GoHighLevel | Month to month, no long-term contracts, cancel at any time from the dashboard[4]. That covers the agency’s subscription, not the contract between you and an agency reselling it. | Pricing page[4] |
| JobNimbus | Monthly or annual agreements, no long-term contract required; full subscription terms not reviewed for this series[11]. | Pricing page[11] |
| AccuLynx | Monthly subscription per license, no contract, cancel anytime; full terms of service not reviewed for this series[58][7]. | Homepage and plan options page[58][7] |
Three vendors run on auto-renewing 12-month terms with a notice window: Workiz (30 days)[35], FieldEdge (60 days)[13] and Service Fusion on annual billing (30 days)[49]. HubSpot renews too, and cannot be cancelled mid-term[15]. Put the notice deadline on a calendar the day you sign, with two weeks of margin.
Data export is the other half of the exit. Among the field-service nine, Housecall Pro, Jobber and ServiceTitan document a self-serve customer-list export, and only while your account is open[29][24][17]; Workiz documents saved-report exports to CSV or PDF[36]. JobNimbus documents exports through Custom Reports and record-by-record attachment downloads, and answers a question about exporting all data to a thumb drive with “Unfortunately, no”[54], Service Fusion charges for a vendor export[49], and Buildertrend decides the format and may charge[14]. GoHighLevel exports contacts to CSV for admins but leaves out automation history and all but the latest note[67]; HubSpot exports records as CSV, XLSX or XLS[77]. Whichever CRM you pick, pull customers, jobs and invoices yourself before you give notice.
What changed in 2026?
- ServiceTitan added a clause to its terms on July 17, 2026: customers may not “authorize or permit any third party to access or use ServiceTitan Technology on your behalf, including by or through any AI Agent”[12]. Read literally, that covers an agency, a virtual assistant or an AI tool logging into your account.
- Jobber raised and restructured prices between its pricing page captures of February 10 and September 17, 2026: five-user Connect went from $129 to $149 a month billed annually and 15-user Plus from $449 to $529, and a third billing option, monthly with a 1-year commitment, was added[93][94]. Jobber also began connecting Google Business Profiles automatically on all plans[26].
- Workiz removed public prices between the May 23, 2025 and June 11, 2026 captures of its pricing page, and extra-user prices were gone by September 2026[34][95][9]. Its February 19, 2026 terms added an annual increase of up to 10%[35].
- AccuLynx’s ownership is in court. Verisk agreed to buy it for $2.35 billion, then tried to terminate; on August 7, 2026 the Delaware Court of Chancery ruled the termination invalid, and Verisk appealed to the Delaware Supreme Court on August 18, 2026[96][97][98][99].
- FieldEdge opened its system to third parties. Current customers can request Open API access through its developer portal, and the September 15, 2026 Free2Grow integration was the first partner integration since[47][100]. There is still no Zapier app[46].
- Buildertrend’s June 24, 2026 terms added the automatic-renewal increase of up to 10% and dropped the earlier promise of a 30-day renewal reminder[14][101]. Its published tier pricing was removed in favor of custom quotes; competitor Projul dates the change to 2026[102].
- JobNimbus shipped a native WhatConverts revenue-attribution integration on September 3, 2026[55]. Housecall Pro announced HVAC, plumbing and electrical packages on July 15, 2026, without prices[88]. Service Fusion revised its Subscription Agreement on March 23, 2026[49].
- GoHighLevel repriced pay-per-use Voice AI on May 20, 2026 into a $0.045-per-minute Voice Engine fee plus voice and token charges[66], and on August 3, 2026 updated its Reserve with Google instructions for Local Services Ads after Google changed the setup process[68]. HubSpot moved its Customer Agent and Prospecting Agent to outcome-based pricing on April 14, 2026[103], and its pricing pages now show a limited-time Starter promotion of up to 65% off for new customers[5].
Where do GoHighLevel and HubSpot fit?
In front of a field tool, not instead of one. GoHighLevel handles texts, calls, email, forms, reviews, pipeline and automations, is usually resold by an agency under its own brand, and has had a native Jobber integration since September 19, 2025[91]. HubSpot fits a contractor best as an office sales pipeline: no texting on Starter[75], no native call tracking that we found[79], and Google Business Profile is not a supported social connection[80]. Our disclosure applies here: BaaDigi sells a CRM built on GoHighLevel, so weigh our view on that pairing accordingly.

Frequently asked questions
- What is the best CRM for contractors?
- There is no single best one; it depends on your trade, your crew size and whether the CRM records where each lead came from. Jobber, Housecall Pro and Service Fusion publish prices and suit small to mid-size service crews; ServiceTitan and FieldEdge quote on request and target multi-truck shops; Workiz quotes on request for growing and mid-size teams; JobNimbus and AccuLynx are built for roofing; Buildertrend is for home builders and remodelers; GoHighLevel and HubSpot run beside a field tool, not instead of one. Trace one lead from each channel you pay for before you sign.
- Which contractor CRMs publish their prices?
- Five of the 11 compared here: Jobber from $29 a month for one user billed annually, Housecall Pro from $59 a month billed annually, Service Fusion from $208 a month billed annually or $245 month to month with unlimited users, GoHighLevel from $97 a month, and HubSpot, which is free for up to two users. ServiceTitan, AccuLynx and Buildertrend quote after a demo; Workiz, FieldEdge and JobNimbus mark every plan “Request pricing.” Workiz and Buildertrend used to publish prices and stopped.
- Which contractor CRMs charge you for leaving early?
- ServiceTitan, FieldEdge and Buildertrend all charge every remaining payment on the term if you leave early, and HubSpot does not let you cancel a term plan before it ends. Workiz and FieldEdge renew automatically for 12 months unless you give notice in time, Buildertrend renews automatically at the then-current fee, and Workiz can raise the price by up to 10% a year and Buildertrend’s renewal fees include a CPI increase of up to 10% unless it quotes otherwise in writing. Jobber on its no-commitment plan and GoHighLevel bought direct are month to month; Housecall Pro, JobNimbus and AccuLynx say they require no long-term contract (JobNimbus offers monthly or annual agreements, and we did not review its full terms).
- Which CRM tracks Google Local Services Ads leads?
- ServiceTitan, Jobber, Housecall Pro and Workiz document a Local Services Ads connection, and GoHighLevel connects to LSA for bookings only through Reserve with Google. Housecall Pro puts LSA and Reserve with Google bookings in one Google channel and says they are not differentiated, and Jobber gives LSA bookings no separate label from profile bookings, so check the lead source on a test booking. FieldEdge, Service Fusion, JobNimbus, AccuLynx, Buildertrend and HubSpot document no native LSA integration.
- Can I take my data with me if I switch CRMs?
- Sometimes, and mostly only while your account is open. Housecall Pro and Jobber export customer lists as CSV, Workiz exports saved reports to CSV or PDF, ServiceTitan exports the customer list to Excel, HubSpot exports records as CSV or Excel files, and GoHighLevel exports contacts to CSV without automation history. JobNimbus describes exports through reports and record-by-record attachment downloads, Service Fusion charges for a vendor export, ServiceTitan says it has no obligation to retain data beyond 60 days after termination, and Buildertrend decides the format and may charge. Export customers, jobs and invoices yourself before you give notice.
- Should a contractor use GoHighLevel or HubSpot instead of a field-service CRM?
- Not instead; beside. GoHighLevel and HubSpot handle marketing, follow-up and pipeline; the nine field tools on this page handle scheduling, quoting and invoicing, though what scheduling means varies from field dispatch to project boards. Many contractors run one of each. BaaDigi sells a CRM built on GoHighLevel, so weigh our view on that pairing accordingly.
