ServiceTitan does not publish its prices. Its three packages, Starter, Essentials and The Works, are priced per technician and quoted only after a sales demo[1][2]. The most detailed public estimate, compiled by competitor Projul from user reports, puts them at roughly $245–$300, $300–$400 and $400–$500 per technician per month, with a one-time implementation fee of $5,000–$15,000 reported for small companies; ServiceTitan has not published or confirmed these figures[2]. The marketing, booking and call-center tools are separate "Pro" add-on modules with no published price[3][4]. Before signing, read the termination clause: ending a contract early costs every remaining payment on the term[5].
BaaDigi does not resell ServiceTitan or take a referral fee from any software vendor named on this page. We sell marketing services, including a custom CRM built on GoHighLevel.
What does each ServiceTitan package cost?
| Package | ServiceTitan’s published price | User-reported estimate (not confirmed) | Adds over the tier below |
|---|---|---|---|
| Starter | Request pricing | $245–$300 per tech / month | Dispatching, scheduling, call booking, invoicing, pricebook |
| Essentials | Request pricing | $300–$400 per tech / month | Mobile estimates, payroll management |
| The Works | Request pricing | $400–$500 per tech / month | Configurable payroll, advanced reporting, commission tracking, customizable memberships |
ServiceTitan describes the model only as "per-technician pricing" sized to the business[1]. There is no free trial; the pricing page offers a demo[1]. The estimates above come from a ServiceTitan competitor, which says it built them from TrustRadius, ITQlick, G2 reviews and BBB complaints[2]. Treat them as a range to negotiate against, not a quote.
Implementation is priced separately. The same compilation reports setup fees of $5,000–$15,000 for small companies, $15,000–$30,000 for mid-size and $30,000–$50,000 or more for large, complex rollouts[2]. ServiceTitan publishes no implementation fee of its own[2].
Which ServiceTitan features cost extra?
The tools that matter most for marketing are sold as Pro Products: Marketing Pro, Contact Center Pro, Scheduling Pro, Dispatch Pro, Fleet Pro, Field Pro and Pricebook Pro. ServiceTitan describes them as premium add-on modules[4]. None has a published price; each starts with a demo[3].
- Marketing Pro covers review requests, listings management across 60-plus sites, and email and direct-mail campaigns[6].
- Marketing Pro Ads, the Google Ads revenue integration, requires a demo or your customer success manager to switch on[7].
- Scheduling Pro is the online booking engine for your website, Google and social profiles[8].
Budget question to ask in the demo: which of the marketing features you saw are in core ServiceTitan, and which are Pro add-ons billed separately? The pricing page does not say.
What does a ServiceTitan contract lock you into?
The cancellation complaints on review sites trace back to the terms of use. As of the version last updated September 16, 2026:
- Ending early costs every remaining payment. "If you want to terminate the Agreement before the term of the Agreement is over, you will owe a termination fee equal to all the remaining payments"[5]. The exceptions are narrow: a material breach by ServiceTitan that it does not fix within 30 days of notice, or either party’s insolvency[5].
- You pay for the seats you committed to. Once you commit to a number of user subscriptions, you must pay for at least that number for the whole term[5].
- Month-to-month only applies without a signed order form. In that case subscriptions renew monthly and need 30 days’ written notice to stop[5].
- The terms changed three times in 2026 alone: July 17, September 1 and September 16[5].
Can you get your data out of ServiceTitan if you leave?
While you are a customer, you can export the full customer list to Excel from inside the app[9]. After the contract ends it gets harder. ServiceTitan commits only to "commercially reasonable efforts" to export your data, says service fees may apply, makes no promise the export is complete, and is not obligated to keep your data longer than 60 days[5].
If you are thinking of leaving, export customers, jobs and invoices yourself before you give notice. Do not rely on the post-termination export.
How does ServiceTitan track where leads come from?
This is ServiceTitan’s strongest area, and the one most comparisons skip. If your marketing is set up to feed it, ServiceTitan can tie a phone call or booking to the campaign that produced it and to the revenue of the job that followed.
- Tracking numbers: ServiceTitan can create a unique phone number for each ad or campaign[10].
- Google Ads click tracking: when a visitor from a Google ad calls a dynamic tracking number on your site, ServiceTitan stores the Google click ID with the caller and sends calls it classifies as leads (booked calls, and unbooked calls over 60 seconds) back to Google Ads as conversions. It only works once Google Analytics and website call tracking are set up[7].
- Revenue by campaign: the Marketing Scorecard ranks campaigns by revenue, not by calls[10].
- Google Local Services Ads: LSA bookings flow into ServiceTitan automatically[11].
- Reserve with Google is included at no extra charge and needs a verified Google Business Profile. One booking link serves both the profile and your Local Services Ad[12][13].
- CallRail connects through the ServiceTitan marketplace to tie tracked calls to jobs[14].
- Other tools connect through a Zapier app or ServiceTitan’s API, which needs permission-gated credentials from the account[15][16]. There is no native GoHighLevel sync; that runs through Zapier or the API[17].
ServiceTitan reports that 40% of Scheduling Pro bookings come from new customers and 51% arrive after hours[8]. Those are the vendor’s own averages, not an independent measurement.
Added to the terms on July 17, 2026: customers may not "authorize or permit any third party to access or use ServiceTitan Technology on your behalf, including by or through any AI Agent"[5]. That covers any outside party, not only AI: an agency, virtual assistant or AI tool logging into your account for you. Check any such arrangement against this clause. Integrations built on ServiceTitan’s API appear to be separate, but the terms do not spell that out.
Who is ServiceTitan built for?
ServiceTitan positions itself across commercial construction, commercial service, residential service and exteriors, and says plainly it is "not residential-only or service-only"[4]. Its residential trade list covers HVAC, plumbing, electrical, chimney, roofing, garage door, septic, pest control, irrigation and painting[1]. Its product family also includes Aspire for landscaping and cleaning companies and FieldRoutes for pest control and lawn care[4].
ServiceTitan itself names Jobber and Housecall Pro as its residential alternatives[4]. That matches how the market sorts: the per-technician price, implementation fee and add-on model fit shops with several technicians, an office and a dispatcher, not a one-truck operation.
What do contractors complain about most?
| Site | Rating | Reviews |
|---|---|---|
| Trustpilot | 3.9 / 5 | 414 |
| Capterra | 4.3 / 5 | 341 |
| BBB | A+ (not accredited) | 26 complaints closed in 3 years |
Across Trustpilot and Capterra, the recurring complaints are cancellation terms that reviewers say were not clear up front, slow support, app crashes after updates, account lockouts from verification codes that never arrive, and extra costs for features[18][19]. The recurring praise is visibility into the numbers and having dispatch, tracking and marketing in one system[18]. G2 blocked our checks, so its rating is not shown.
What changed at ServiceTitan in 2026?
- Revenue grew 21% year over year in the quarter reported September 8, 2026, and the company is centering its product on an "Agentic Operating System"[21].
- Management said it "elected to tighten our focus on existing commercial trades" instead of expanding into new trades[22].
- The online booking widget moved to a new script (embed.scheduler.servicetitan.com), with the old Schedule Engine embed still documented[23].
- The terms of use were revised three times; the July 17 version added the third-party and AI-agent restriction above[5].
Should you buy ServiceTitan?
- Likely a fit: a multi-technician HVAC, plumbing or electrical shop with an office, a dispatcher and real ad spend, where knowing revenue per campaign is worth the price and the lock-in.
- Likely not: a solo operator or small crew. The implementation fee alone can exceed a year of a lighter tool. Compare Jobber and Housecall Pro first.
- Either way: get the full quote in writing, including every Pro add-on you saw in the demo, the seat minimum, the term length and the export terms.
Frequently asked questions
- Does ServiceTitan publish its pricing?
- No. ServiceTitan lists three packages, Starter, Essentials and The Works, all marked request pricing, and quotes a per-technician price after a sales demo. User-reported estimates range from about $245 to $500 per technician per month, but ServiceTitan has never confirmed them.
- How much is the ServiceTitan implementation fee?
- ServiceTitan does not publish one. User-reported figures compiled by a competitor put implementation at $5,000–$15,000 for small companies, $15,000–$30,000 for mid-size companies and $30,000–$50,000 or more for large rollouts.
- Can I cancel ServiceTitan early?
- Under its terms of use, ending a contract before the term is over costs a termination fee equal to all the remaining payments, unless ServiceTitan materially breaches the contract and does not fix it within 30 days, or either party becomes insolvent. Subscriptions without a signed order form run month to month and need 30 days of written notice to stop.
- Does ServiceTitan integrate with Google Local Services Ads?
- Yes. Local Services Ads bookings flow into ServiceTitan automatically, and Reserve with Google is included at no extra charge for businesses with a verified Google Business Profile.
- Does ServiceTitan work with GoHighLevel?
- Not natively. As of 2026 there is no direct two-way sync between ServiceTitan and GoHighLevel; connecting them takes Zapier or ServiceTitan’s API.
