What counts as a website emergency?
Anything actively stopping calls and form fills:
- Your website is completely down or showing an error page
- Your contact form or click-to-call button is not working
- Leads are being sent to the wrong email or phone number
- Your site is showing the wrong phone number, address, or hours
What should I put in the email?
- URGENT or SITE DOWN in the subject line
- Your business name
- What you are seeing, and the page address if you have it
- A screenshot if you can grab one
What happens after I send it?
- A team member takes it and you get an email with their name
- They find what broke and fix it
- You get an email explaining what broke, what we fixed, and what we did to stop it happening again
What is not an emergency?
Adding a page, updating text, or swapping photos. Those are normal requests — still live within the hour during business hours, just not handled after hours.
