At BaaDigi, website maintenance costs $97 to $3,997 a month, and the price depends on who makes the changes. At $97 a month we host, secure and support your site and you make your own changes with your own Claude or ChatGPT. At $147 a month you also get a dashboard and one update request a month handled for you. On the growth plans, $297 to $3,997 a month, website maintenance and support cost nothing extra: replies in under 15 minutes, changes live within one hour, 6am–4pm Pacific, Monday through Friday, and emergency coverage until 9pm on weekdays. There are no support tiers among the growth plans. The only thing not done within the hour is a complete website rebuild, which we scope and schedule separately. Hosting-only accounts do not include change support.

What does maintenance cost if I make my own changes?
$97 a month, plus a one-time $300 setup. That plan is AI Website Management: we rebuild your site on our stack, host it, protect it and fix it when something breaks, and you change the content yourself with your own AI. For $147 a month you add the Predictable Work Dashboard and one update request a month that we handle.
These two plans do not include the one-hour change service below. They are for owners who want control, not a queue.
