How Much Does AccuLynx Cost in 2026?

By Ryan Goering, CEO, BaaDigi · Last updated September 2026 · 24 sources checked

AccuLynx does not publish its prices. AccuLynx pricing is a monthly subscription for each user license, quoted after a demo and based on how many users and which features you need[1][2]. Its site lists two plans, Pro and Elite, both custom-quoted[2]. Several lead tools sit in the higher plan or in paid add-ons: embedded web forms and supplement tracking are Elite-only, and API access needs the AppConnections add-on[2][3]. There is no long-term contract, and onboarding with 1:1 training is included free[1][4]. The biggest open question is who will own it. Verisk, the company behind Xactimate, agreed to buy AccuLynx for $2.35 billion and then tried to terminate the deal[5][6]. On August 7, 2026, a Delaware court ruled the termination invalid, but Verisk appealed to the Delaware Supreme Court on August 18, 2026, and the deal still needs FTC clearance[7][8].

BaaDigi does not resell AccuLynx or take a referral fee from any software vendor named on this page. We sell marketing services, including a custom CRM built on GoHighLevel.

What does each AccuLynx plan cost?

AccuLynx plans as listed on its plan options page (checked September 21, 2026)[2]
PlanAccuLynx’s published priceBillingWhat it includes
ProCustom quoteMonthly, per licenseAutomations manager, custom reporting, aerial measurement ordering, AI lead scoring, estimates and contracts, invoicing, supplier ordering, mobile field app, job costs and A/R, marketing expense tracking, P&L
EliteCustom quoteMonthly, per licenseEverything in Pro, plus custom workflow manager, multi-location, embedded web forms, supplement tracking, permits tracking, mortgage check tracking, production calendar, prospecting and sales pipeline reports, commissions

AccuLynx says its sales and customer success teams choose the right plan with you and then give a custom price quote[2]. Price depends on the number of users and the features you need, billed as a monthly fee for each license[1]. There is no free trial listed; the site offers demos, and Capterra lists a free trial as not available[9].

No one has published a reliable dollar figure. One roofing software review site reports a new entry-level “Essential” plan in 2026, and says the $250-per-month figure that circulates for it is unverified[10]. This is third-party reporting only: the AccuLynx plan page we checked lists just Pro and Elite[2].

Any AccuLynx price you see quoted online, including the Essential plan figure, is not confirmed by AccuLynx. Get your quote in writing, per license, with every add-on priced.

Which AccuLynx features cost extra?

AccuLynx sells a list of optional tools on top of either plan: AccuPay, Customer Portal, Smart(er) Docs, AccuFi, ReportsPlus, DataMart, Texting, Mobile Crew App and AppConnections[2]. None has a published price.

  • AppConnections turns on API keys and select third-party app connections. AccuLynx states you must enable this add-on to use them[3].
  • RoofSnap and RoofScope measurement syncs are listed under AppConnections[3].
  • Texting adds automated and two-way text messages from a local number[11].
  • Customer Portal lets homeowners check job status, see appointments, view documents, apply for financing, pay and send messages[12].
  • DataMart gives direct access to company-wide data for reports in business intelligence tools[13].

Onboarding and personalized 1:1 training are included free with every account, and AccuLynx publishes no setup fee[4].

Two features roofers often assume are standard are Elite-only: supplement tracking and permits tracking[2]. If you do insurance work, price Elite, not Pro.

Does AccuLynx lock you into a contract?

No, according to AccuLynx. Its homepage says, “We don’t lock you into contracts, so you can cancel anytime”[1], and the plan page describes a monthly subscription option “so you’re not locked in”[2].

Reviewers do raise price as an issue. Recurring themes on Capterra include repeated price increases and add-ons that reviewers call expensive[9][14]. We did not review AccuLynx’s full terms of service, so notice periods and price-change terms are not covered here.

Who owns AccuLynx, and what is happening with the Verisk deal?

Today AccuLynx is founder-controlled. The Delaware Court of Chancery describes founder Rich Spanton as its majority owner and board chair[7]. The disputed sale is the largest open question for anyone signing up in 2026. The dates, in order:

  • July 29, 2025 (announced July 30): Verisk signed an agreement to buy AccuLynx for $2.35 billion in cash[7][6]. Verisk described the deal as a way to extend its network across the insurance claims and restoration market[5]. Verisk is the company behind Xactimate, the insurance claims estimating software[5].
  • December 26, 2025: Verisk sent notice terminating the agreement after the Federal Trade Commission told it the review was not complete[6]. AccuLynx told Verisk it believed the termination was invalid[15].
  • August 7, 2026: the Delaware Court of Chancery ruled that “Verisk’s purported termination was invalid under the terms of the merger agreement”[7]. The court accepted AccuLynx’s argument that Verisk’s own “willful conduct” was the primary cause of the FTC’s second request[7].
  • August 18, 2026: Verisk filed a notice of appeal with the Delaware Supreme Court[8]. On September 15, 2026, Verisk’s chief financial officer said the appeal is being handled on an expedited basis, with hearings expected to start in late October[16].
  • Current status: the Chancery ruling is under appeal, the deal still needs FTC clearance before it can close, and final ownership is unresolved[7][8][16].

AccuLynx’s month-to-month option matters more than usual here. Whatever happens with the deal, a subscription with no term commitment means you are not locked in for years under an owner you did not choose.

Can you get your data out of AccuLynx if you leave?

AccuLynx does not publish an exit or data-export policy on the pages we checked. The DataMart add-on exposes company-wide data to BI tools while you are a customer[13]. At least one former customer on Trustpilot says getting the company’s own files and documents back after cancelling was difficult[17].

Before you cancel, download your contracts, photos, estimates and customer list while your login still works, and ask AccuLynx in writing how long your data stays available afterward.

How does AccuLynx track where leads come from?

AccuLynx has several ways to bring leads in, but most depend on the Elite plan or the paid AppConnections add-on. Here is what a roofer running Google Ads, Local Services Ads or a Google Business Profile actually gets.

  • Website forms: embedded web forms are Elite-only[2]. The Lead API can import leads from web forms, other websites and landing pages[18], and API keys require AppConnections[3].
  • Call tracking: since fall 2025, CallRail calls and form submissions flow in as unassigned leads with contact details, notes and recordings, including the call’s source, tracking number and tags[13]. AccuLynx says the CallRail integration is available through the paid AppConnections add-on[13][3].
  • Lead services and sales tools: integrations include Angi Leads and Angi Ads, Roofle, SalesRabbit, Spotio and HubSpot[19]. All five also appear among the pre-configured connections on the AppConnections add-on page, so expect to need the add-on for them[3]. The HubSpot sync is pitched as a way to judge campaign performance[19].
  • Spend: marketing expense tracking is included in both plans[2].
  • Zapier and API: an API with webhooks for job updates, job financial changes, invoice updates and job status changes, plus Zapier access, through AppConnections[3].
  • GoHighLevel: not listed on AccuLynx’s integrations page; connecting it would run through Zapier or the API[19][3].
  • Google Local Services Ads, Google Business Profile and review requests: none is documented on the AccuLynx pages we checked.

Where leads lose their source: an LSA lead or a Google Business Profile call has no documented direct path into AccuLynx. Unless it comes through a CallRail tracking number or a form you have wired in, someone types it in by hand, and the lead source is only as good as what they pick from the dropdown.

On Pro without AppConnections, you have no embedded web forms, no API and no CallRail sync, and most lead-source integrations are listed under the add-on. Website and call leads then have no documented automatic path in, so plan on keying them in by hand. Price Elite or the add-on before you assume your ad leads will land in AccuLynx on their own.

Who is AccuLynx built for?

AccuLynx is built for roofing contractors, including those who do both retail and insurance restoration work, and also tracks gutters, siding, windows, solar and painting jobs[4]. It says customers range from startups with as few as 3 users to multi-location companies with hundreds[4], and claims more residential roofers use it than any other roofing software[20]. It was founded in 2008 by Rich Spanton and has teams in Beloit, Wisconsin and Chicago[20].

  • Aerial measurements: order EagleView, GAF QuickMeasure, Hover or Geospan reports inside AccuLynx, and the measurements fill the estimate automatically[21].
  • Supplier ordering: send material orders directly to QXO, SRS and ABC Supply[22].
  • Storm data: HailWatch storm alerts and maps for hail and wind[19].
  • Insurance work: the API can assign insurance companies to jobs[3]. One review site reports AccuLynx has no native Xactimate integration[23].

What do roofers complain about most?

AccuLynx ratings as displayed on each site, September 21, 2026[9][17]
SiteRatingReviews
Capterra4.6 / 5847
Trustpilot3.3 / 592

Across Capterra and Trustpilot, the recurring complaints are price and add-on costs, repeated price increases, a system that small companies find more than they need, a field app that loads slowly on job sites, not being notified of incoming emails, and difficulty getting data back after cancelling[9][14][17]. The recurring praise is fast support, having everything in one place and clear tracking of job progress[9]. G2 blocked our checks, so its rating is not shown.

What changed at AccuLynx in 2025–2026?

  • Fall 2025: CallRail integration, the DataMart add-on, mobile estimating, a calendar overhaul and two-factor authentication[13].
  • Fall 2025: interactive 3D roof renderings through the Geospan integration[13].
  • Spring 2026: a custom fields manager, appointment outcomes, pitch-based labor and “Good, Better, Best” estimates that pull from multiple estimates, delivered through Smart(er) Docs, a paid add-on[24][2].
  • February 2026: a new RoofScope measurement integration, dated by one review site[20][10].
  • The Verisk acquisition agreement, termination notice, August 2026 court ruling and Verisk’s pending appeal covered above[5][6][7][8].

Should you buy AccuLynx?

  • Likely a fit: a residential roofing company with a few salespeople and crews, doing retail and insurance work, that wants measurements, supplier orders and job tracking in one system. Price Elite if you need supplements, permits or web forms.
  • Likely not: a one- or two-person operation that mainly needs quoting and scheduling, or any trade outside roofing and exteriors. Reviewers say it can be more than a small company needs.
  • Either way: get a written quote per license with every add-on priced, price the AppConnections add-on if you need CallRail, Angi, HubSpot or the API, and ask how your data can be exported if you leave.
