JobNimbus does not publish its prices. Its four plans, Essentials (up to 3 users), Pro (up to 10), Premium (up to 19) and Enterprise (20+), are all marked "Request pricing"[1]. JobNimbus pricing combines an account-based price for the CRM with role-specific per-user pricing for admin, sales and field staff[1]. SuperDupr, an AI-automation and web-design agency, compiles third-party reports from Projul and Toricent Labs guides of $225 or $550 a month for the base plan plus $20–$75 per user seat; both guides come from competing vendors, they use older plan names, and JobNimbus has not confirmed them[2]. There is no required setup fee and a 14-day free trial needs no credit card[1]. The biggest warning for insurance roofers: the Xactimate integration only works with JobNimbus legacy financials, and imported Xactimate estimates do not sync to QuickBooks[3][4].
BaaDigi does not resell JobNimbus or take a referral fee from any software vendor named on this page. We sell marketing services, including a custom CRM built on GoHighLevel.
What does each JobNimbus plan cost?
| Plan | JobNimbus’s published price | Users included | Project boards | Automations | Support |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Essentials | Request pricing | Up to 3 | 3 | 10 | Standard |
| Pro | Request pricing | Up to 10 | 5 | 30 | Standard |
| Premium | Request pricing | Up to 19 | Unlimited | 100 | Premium support + SLAs |
| Enterprise | Request pricing | 20+ | Unlimited | Unlimited | Technical account manager + enterprise-grade support |
Every plan includes unlimited contacts, estimates, documents, eSign, reports, invoices, financing options, supplier integrations, QuickBooks and JobNimbus Payments[1]. Essentials allows at most 2 integrations; Pro supports up to 2 locations and Premium up to 5[1].
JobNimbus says it hides prices because "contracting businesses aren’t one-size-fits-all" and each quote should match your setup[1]. The price has two parts: an account fee for the CRM, and per-user project management pricing that varies by role (admin, sales, field)[1].
| Source | Reported price | Caveat |
|---|---|---|
| SuperDupr (vendor-authored: an AI-automation and web-design agency), citing Projul and Toricent Labs 2026 guides | $225 / month (Growing) or $550 / month (Established), plus $20–$75 per user role seat | Both underlying guides come from competing vendors; uses plan names that no longer appear on the pricing page |
| Capterra listing | $300 per user, per month (starting price) | Does not match the account-plus-seat model JobNimbus describes |
There are no required setup or onboarding fees, and the free trial runs 14 days with no credit card[1].
Which JobNimbus features cost extra?
- Marketing Bundle: either managed websites, SEO and ads, or a built-in marketing system that is still in beta. Price on request[1].
- Communications Bundle: Engage, the built-in two-way texting and email tool, available to current JobNimbus customers only. Price on request[1].
- Professional Services: paid implementation help on Essentials, Pro and Premium[1].
- AssistAI, the AI receptionist, was listed at $0.15 per minute on its product page as archived in February 2026. That page now redirects to the marketing page and no current price is shown[6].
Texting, marketing and implementation help are all quoted separately. Ask for each one in the same written quote as the base plan, so the number you compare against other CRMs is the full number.
Does JobNimbus handle insurance roofing work?
JobNimbus is built for roofing, and its measurement and supplier integrations reflect that. Its insurance-claim tools have limits worth knowing before you commit.
- Aerial measurements: order EagleView and Hover reports inside JobNimbus; they attach to the job when ready[7].
- Material ordering: direct ordering with current pricing from ABC Supply, QXO and SRS (Roof Hub), plus delivery updates from ABC Supply[7].
- Hail maps: HailTrace integration[7].
- Proposals: JobNimbus owns SumoQuote, which it acquired[8].
- Xactimate: estimates import through XactAnalysis, but JobNimbus’s help center says "Xactimate is only compatible with JobNimbus legacy financials"[3].
- QuickBooks: estimates and invoices built from Xactimate imports "will not sync with QuickBooks," because Xactimate line items are not in your JobNimbus products list[4].
Supplement tracking: no native supplement tracker appears on JobNimbus’s pricing page or its restoration software page[1][9]. Homeowner portal: none appears on the vendor pages checked, and a Capterra reviewer in April 2024 listed missing customer portals and job costing as gaps[10].
If you run insurance restoration, ask JobNimbus directly whether your account will be on legacy financials, how you track supplements, and how Xactimate jobs reach QuickBooks. Get the answers in writing.
Does JobNimbus require a contract?
No long-term contract is required. JobNimbus offers "monthly or annual agreements, depending on your plan and onboarding needs"[1]. JobNimbus’s full subscription terms were not part of this review, so read the renewal and cancellation clauses in your agreement before choosing annual billing.
Can you get your data out of JobNimbus if you leave?
There is no one-click full export. You export records through Custom Reports, and attachments download as a zip file one contact or job at a time[11]. Asked whether all data can be exported to a thumb drive, JobNimbus’s help center answers: "Unfortunately, no"[11].
A roofing account can hold thousands of jobs with photos and measurement reports. If you might switch, start exporting reports and job folders well before your renewal date.
How does JobNimbus track where leads come from?
JobNimbus has added lead-source integrations in 2026, but a contractor running Google Ads, Local Services Ads or a Google Business Profile should know where the gaps are.
- Website forms: no native embeddable form is documented. JobNimbus’s own tutorial (archived June 2026) sends website form leads in through Zapier[12].
- Instant roof quotes: Roofle’s website quote tool sends leads to JobNimbus[7].
- Angi: leads appear in the JobNimbus pipeline automatically, improved August 17, 2026[13].
- Referrals: ReferPro routes referrals onto the job board with the source attached[13].
- Revenue attribution: a native WhatConverts integration (September 3, 2026) syncs job and invoice revenue back to the lead and marketing source that produced it[13].
- Phone calls: AssistAI answers calls, books appointments and takes messages[14], and its setup lets you assign a lead source to those calls[15]. No CallRail integration is listed on the integrations page[7].
- Review requests: automated through Engage[9].
- API and Zapier: API and webhooks are included on every plan[1], and JobNimbus has a Zapier integration[7]. GoHighLevel is not listed on the integrations page, so that connection runs through Zapier or the API[7].
Google Local Services Ads and Google Business Profile (including Reserve with Google) are not mentioned on any JobNimbus page we checked. LSA leads and GBP calls need a call-tracking number or a Zapier bridge that carries the source into the contact record, or the job will show no source.
JobNimbus also runs its own roofing marketing agency, JobNimbus Marketing, formerly Roofer Marketers[16]. If you already have an agency, you are not required to use it, but expect it to come up in the sales process.
Who is JobNimbus built for, and who owns it?
JobNimbus calls itself an AI-enabled CRM for roofing and exterior contractors[13]. Its core customers are contractors working "primarily in roofing, restoration roofing, solar, gutters, and siding"[1], and its industry pages also cover fencing, painting, restoration, decks, remodeling, concrete, pools and windows and doors[1]. Its AI assistant landing page targets AccuLynx users looking to switch[17], and AccuLynx is among nine competitors on its comparison pages[18].
JobNimbus was founded in 2013 in Utah and is headquartered in Lehi[8][13]. It took its first outside funding, $53 million from Mainsail Partners, at the end of 2020[8]. Private equity firm Sumeru Equity Partners then made a $330 million control investment, announced November 13, 2024[19].
Sumeru’s control investment means a private equity firm now holds the controlling stake. Pricing is not published and is set per quote, so lock your rate and renewal terms into the written agreement.
What do contractors complain about most?
| Site | Rating | Reviews |
|---|---|---|
| Capterra | 4.6 / 5 | 482 |
| Trustpilot | 3.0 / 5 | 399 |
| App stores (claimed by JobNimbus, not verified) | 4.8 / 5 | Its pages give differing counts (5,000+ and over 4,000) |
The recurring complaints are bugs and glitches that interrupt work, a mobile app reviewers find limited and unreliable, needing to pay for other services to get full value, support and training that reviewers say went unanswered, and billing disputes after cancellation[5][10][20]. The recurring praise is ease of use, good training videos, and covering the core roofing workflow of job tracking, estimating, ordering and communication in one place[5]. G2 blocked our checks, so its rating is not shown.
What changed at JobNimbus in 2025–2026?
- The pricing page now shows four user-capped plans with no dollar figures[1].
- The AssistAI product page, which listed $0.15 per minute in February 2026, was removed and now redirects to the marketing page[6].
- August 17, 2026: improved native Angi integration[13].
- August 25, 2026: Dan Elggren hired as SVP of Product, Core Experiences[13].
- September 3, 2026: native WhatConverts revenue-attribution integration[13].
- JobNimbus Scout, an AI assistant, is in closed beta[17].
Should you buy JobNimbus?
- Likely a fit: a retail roofing or exterior contractor with 3–19 users who wants EagleView, Hover and supplier ordering in the CRM and can run the 14-day trial before committing.
- Think harder: an insurance restoration shop that depends on Xactimate, supplement tracking and QuickBooks sync. Confirm each one works on your account before signing. Compare AccuLynx too.
- Either way: get the account fee, every per-user seat price and every bundle in one written quote, and tie lead sources in through WhatConverts, call tracking or Zapier so jobs do not arrive with no source.
Frequently asked questions
- Does JobNimbus publish its pricing?
- No. JobNimbus lists four plans, Essentials, Pro, Premium and Enterprise, capped at 3, 10, 19 and 20+ users, all marked request pricing. Third-party guides from competing vendors, compiled by the agency SuperDupr, report $225 or $550 a month for the base plan plus $20–$75 per user seat, but those figures use older plan names and are not confirmed by JobNimbus.
- Does JobNimbus have a free trial or setup fee?
- JobNimbus offers a 14-day free trial with no credit card required, and says there are no required setup or onboarding fees. Paid Professional Services for implementation are available as an add-on.
- Does JobNimbus work with Xactimate?
- Yes, with limits. Xactimate estimates import through XactAnalysis, but only for accounts on JobNimbus legacy financials, and estimates or invoices built from Xactimate imports do not sync to QuickBooks.
- Does JobNimbus have a supplement tracker or homeowner portal?
- Neither appears on JobNimbus’s pricing or restoration pages as of September 2026, and a Capterra reviewer has listed missing customer portals as a gap. Ask JobNimbus directly before buying if you need either.
- Who owns JobNimbus?
- Private equity firm Sumeru Equity Partners made a $330 million control investment in JobNimbus, announced in November 2024. Its first outside funding was $53 million from Mainsail Partners at the end of 2020.
- Does JobNimbus integrate with GoHighLevel?
- GoHighLevel is not listed on JobNimbus’s integrations page. Connecting the two takes Zapier or the JobNimbus API, which is included on every plan.
