The best CRM for roofing companies depends on whether you sell retail or insurance work and how many people log in. Two roofing-specific CRMs lead the field, and neither publishes a price: JobNimbus sells four user-capped plans marked "Request pricing" with a 14-day free trial[1], and AccuLynx quotes two plans, Pro and Elite, per user license, with no long-term contract; no free trial is listed, only demos[2][3][4]. ServiceTitan lists roofing among its residential trades and prices per technician after a demo[5][6]. Jobber is the only one of the four with published prices, from $29 a month for one user, and roofing is on its industry list[7]. The gaps that matter: JobNimbus’s Xactimate integration only works on its legacy financials[8], AccuLynx puts supplement tracking and web forms in Elite only[2], and only ServiceTitan and Jobber document a direct path for Google Local Services Ads bookings[9][10]. The biggest warning: an insurance roofer who buys on a demo without written answers on Xactimate, supplements and QuickBooks sync finds the problems after storm season starts, not before.
BaaDigi does not resell JobNimbus, AccuLynx, ServiceTitan or Jobber, or take a referral fee from any software vendor named on this page. We sell marketing services, including a custom CRM built on GoHighLevel.
Which CRMs actually serve roofing companies?
Four of the CRMs we have fact-checked name roofing on their own pages. JobNimbus says its core customers work "primarily in roofing, restoration roofing, solar, gutters, and siding"[1]. AccuLynx is built for roofing contractors doing retail and insurance work, and also tracks gutters, siding, windows, solar and painting[11]. ServiceTitan’s residential trade list includes roofing, and it positions itself across an exteriors segment[5][12]. Jobber’s industry list includes roofing alongside 13 other trades[7].
Two we checked do not make the cut. Housecall Pro’s industry list runs from electrical and HVAC to custom home builders, but roofing is not on it[13]. Buildertrend is built for custom home builders and remodelers, and its marketplace lists no aerial measurement integration and its pages document no insurance claim workflow[14][15].
| Vendor | Published price | Contract / cancellation | Data export if you leave | Lead-source tracking (LSA / GBP / calls / UTM) | Best fit |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| JobNimbus | Request pricing on all four plans (3, 10, 19 and 20+ users); 14-day free trial, no required setup fee[1]. Third-party estimate, not confirmed: $225 or $550 a month plus $20–$75 per user seat, compiled by the agency SuperDupr from competitor guides[16] | Monthly or annual agreements; no long-term contract required[1] | No one-click full export; records come out through Custom Reports and attachments one contact or job at a time[17] | LSA and Google Business Profile: not mentioned on any page checked[18]. Calls: AssistAI answers and can assign a lead source[19]; no CallRail listed[18]. Revenue attribution through a native WhatConverts integration[20]. Website forms arrive through Zapier[21] | Retail roofing and exteriors, 3–19 users[1] |
| AccuLynx | Custom quote per user license on Pro or Elite, billed monthly[2][3]; no free trial is listed, only demos, and Capterra lists a free trial as not available[4]. The $250-a-month "Essential" figure circulating online is unverified[22] | Monthly subscription, no contract, cancel anytime[3][2] | No published exit policy; DataMart add-on exposes data while you are a customer[23]; a Trustpilot reviewer reports difficulty getting files back after cancelling[24] | LSA and Google Business Profile: not documented[25]. Calls: CallRail sends source, tracking number and recording, but through the paid AppConnections add-on[23][26]. Embedded web forms Elite-only[2]. Marketing expense tracking in both plans[2] | Residential roofers doing retail and insurance work, from 3 users to hundreds[11] |
| ServiceTitan | Request pricing on three per-technician packages[5]. User-reported estimate, not confirmed: $245–$500 per tech per month plus $5,000–$15,000 implementation for small companies, compiled by competitor Projul[6] | Ending early costs every remaining payment on the term[27] | Customer list to Excel while active[28]; after the contract, only "commercially reasonable efforts", fees may apply, no obligation past 60 days[27] | LSA bookings flow in automatically[9]; Reserve with Google included with a verified profile[29]; a tracking number per campaign[30]; Google Ads click ID stored and qualifying calls sent back as conversions[31]; CallRail in the marketplace[32] | Multi-technician exteriors shops[5][12] |
| Jobber | $29–$49 a month for one user on Core; Plus $399–$699 for 5–15 users; every extra user $29[7] | Month to month cancels anytime; the 1-year commitment bills through all 12 months; annual prepaid is not refunded[7] | Client list as CSV or vCard on select plans, while a customer[33] | LSA Book Online button books into your schedule[10]; Google Business Profile booking link connected automatically on all plans[34]; UTM-tagged form links reported by source, medium and campaign[35]; we found no native call tracking; CallRail integration available[36] | Solo operators and crews up to 15 users who want published prices[7] |
Nobody publishes a roofing price except Jobber. Every JobNimbus, AccuLynx and ServiceTitan figure you see on a comparison site is a third-party estimate, and the two roofing CRMs have not confirmed one[1][2][5]. Get the quote in writing, per user or per tech, with every add-on priced.
Which roofing CRM handles insurance claims, supplements and Xactimate?
This is where the two roofing CRMs separate, and where the sales demo tends to gloss.
- JobNimbus imports Xactimate estimates through XactAnalysis, but its help center says "Xactimate is only compatible with JobNimbus legacy financials"[8]. Estimates and invoices built from those imports "will not sync with QuickBooks" because the line items are not in your products list[37]. No native supplement tracker appears on its pricing or restoration pages[1][38].
- AccuLynx includes supplement tracking, permits tracking and mortgage check tracking, but only in the Elite plan, not Pro[2]. Its API can assign insurance companies to jobs[26]. One review site reports AccuLynx has no native Xactimate integration[39].
- The Xactimate connection has a twist. Verisk, the company behind Xactimate, agreed to buy AccuLynx for $2.35 billion, then tried to terminate the deal; on August 7, 2026 the Delaware Court of Chancery ruled the termination invalid, and Verisk appealed on August 18, 2026[40][41][42]. Verisk’s CFO said hearings are expected to start in late October[43]. Ownership is unresolved, and the deal still needs FTC clearance[41][42].
- ServiceTitan and Jobber document no Xactimate integration or supplement workflow on the pages we checked. If you run insurance restoration on either, ask the vendor how a claim, a supplement and a depreciation check are tracked, and get the answer in writing.
Insurance roofers: before you sign with JobNimbus, get written confirmation of whether your account will be on legacy financials and how Xactimate jobs reach QuickBooks[8][37]. Before you sign with AccuLynx, price Elite, not Pro, because that is where supplements live[2].
Which roofing CRM orders aerial measurements and materials?
Retail roofing lives on measurement reports and supplier orders. Both roofing CRMs cover this inside the job; the general-purpose tools do not document it.
- JobNimbus: order EagleView and Hover reports inside the job, and they attach when ready[18]. Direct material ordering with current pricing from ABC Supply, QXO and SRS (Roof Hub), plus delivery updates from ABC Supply[18]. HailTrace hail maps[18]. JobNimbus also owns the proposal tool SumoQuote[44].
- AccuLynx: order EagleView, GAF QuickMeasure, Hover or Geospan reports and the measurements fill the estimate automatically[45]. Material orders go directly to QXO, SRS and ABC Supply[46]. HailWatch storm alerts and maps[25]. Interactive 3D roof renderings through Geospan since fall 2025[23]. RoofSnap and RoofScope measurement syncs sit under the paid AppConnections add-on[26].
- ServiceTitan and Jobber: no aerial measurement or roofing supplier integration is documented on the pages we checked. Ask the vendor; expect to run measurements in a separate tool.
How does each roofing CRM track where leads come from?
A roofer running Google Ads, Local Services Ads and a Google Business Profile has three lead paths, and each CRM drops a different one. This is the comparison nobody else publishes.
- Google Local Services Ads: ServiceTitan takes LSA bookings automatically[9]. Jobber puts a Book Online button on your LSA that books into your schedule[10]. JobNimbus and AccuLynx do not mention LSA on any page we checked[18][25]; an LSA lead reaches them by hand or through a tracking number.
- Google Business Profile: ServiceTitan includes Reserve with Google for a verified profile, and one booking link serves both the profile and the LSA[29][47]. Jobber connects the profile automatically on every plan, so a Book Online button appears unless you disable it[34]. Jobber gives profile bookings and LSA bookings the same "Google" lead source, so paid and free bookings appear to share one label[10]. JobNimbus and AccuLynx document nothing for the profile[18][25].
- Phone calls: ServiceTitan creates a tracking number per campaign and, with Google Analytics and website call tracking set up, stores the Google click ID and sends booked calls and unbooked calls over 60 seconds back to Google Ads as conversions[30][31]. AccuLynx takes CallRail calls with source, tracking number and recording, through the paid AppConnections add-on[23][26]. JobNimbus’s AssistAI answers calls and its setup lets you assign a lead source to those calls, but no CallRail integration is listed[48][19][18]. We found no native call tracking in Jobber; CallRail writes source, medium, campaign, keyword and landing page into it[36].
- Website forms and UTM: Jobber embeds request forms and labels the lead source from UTM parameters, reported by source, medium, campaign and content[49][35]. AccuLynx embedded web forms are Elite-only, and the Lead API needs AppConnections[2][26]. JobNimbus documents no native embeddable form; its own tutorial sends website leads through Zapier[21]. Both roofing CRMs take Roofle instant-quote leads[18][25].
- Revenue by source: ServiceTitan’s Marketing Scorecard ranks campaigns by revenue[30]. JobNimbus added a native WhatConverts integration on September 3, 2026 that syncs job and invoice revenue back to the lead source[20]. AccuLynx includes marketing expense tracking in both plans and syncs to HubSpot for campaign performance[2][25].
- GoHighLevel: HighLevel has a native Jobber integration that syncs clients both ways, including lead source[50]. JobNimbus, AccuLynx and ServiceTitan have none listed; all three run through Zapier or their API[18][25][51].
Storm surges are the stress test. When hail hits, leads arrive by phone in volume, and a CRM with no tracking number and no LSA path records them as whatever the person answering picks from a dropdown. JobNimbus’s Angi integration drops leads into the pipeline automatically[20], and AccuLynx lists Angi Leads and Angi Ads[25], but for Google traffic on either roofing CRM, plan on a call-tracking layer before the season, not during it.
BaaDigi’s September 2026 check of 57 roofing websites named by ChatGPT, Perplexity or Google AI Overviews found 50.9% run on WordPress (95% interval 38.3–63.4%); the interval is wide, the trade figures include BaaDigi-built sites, and it is correlation, not a recommendation[52]. It matters here because your CRM’s booking widget or form lives on that site, and a form that drops UTM tags on the way in drops your attribution with it.
Which roofing CRM gives homeowners a portal?
A homeowner waiting through an insurance claim asks for status. AccuLynx sells a Customer Portal add-on where homeowners check job status, see appointments, view documents, apply for financing, pay and send messages[53]; it has no published price[2]. JobNimbus shows no homeowner portal on the vendor pages checked, and a Capterra reviewer in April 2024 listed missing customer portals and job costing as gaps[54]. ServiceTitan and Jobber document no roofing-specific homeowner portal on the pages we checked; ask the vendor what the customer sees between contract and final invoice.
What costs extra on each roofing CRM?
- JobNimbus: the Marketing Bundle, the Communications Bundle (Engage texting and email) and Professional Services are all quoted separately[1]. JobNimbus also runs its own roofing marketing agency, JobNimbus Marketing, formerly Roofer Marketers[55].
- AccuLynx: AccuPay, Customer Portal, Smart(er) Docs, AccuFi, ReportsPlus, DataMart, Texting, Mobile Crew App and AppConnections are optional add-ons with no published price[2]. API keys and the CallRail connection require AppConnections[26][23]; Angi, HubSpot and Zapier are listed among its pre-configured connections, so expect to need the add-on for them[26]. Onboarding and 1:1 training are free[11].
- ServiceTitan: Marketing Pro, Contact Center Pro, Scheduling Pro and the other Pro Products are add-on modules, each priced after a demo[12][56]. Implementation is a separate unpublished fee[6].
- Jobber: Marketing Suite $99, Sales Pipeline $49 and AI Receptionist $29 a month below Plus; extra users $29; card payments 2.9% plus 30 cents[7].
On AccuLynx Pro without AppConnections there are no embedded web forms, no API and no CallRail sync, so website and call leads get keyed in by hand[2][26]. Price Elite or the add-on before you assume ad leads will land on their own.
Who owns these roofing CRMs, and why does it matter in 2026?
- JobNimbus: private equity firm Sumeru Equity Partners made a $330 million control investment, announced November 13, 2024[57]. A private equity owner plus per-quote pricing is a reason to lock rate and renewal terms into the written agreement.
- AccuLynx: founder-controlled today, with Rich Spanton as majority owner and board chair per the Delaware court[41]. The Verisk acquisition is under appeal and needs FTC clearance[42][41]. AccuLynx’s month-to-month option means you are not locked in for years under an owner you did not choose[3].
- ServiceTitan: publicly traded on Nasdaq, with management saying it "elected to tighten our focus on existing commercial trades"[12][58]. Its terms added a restriction on third parties and AI agents using your account on July 17, 2026, which can cover an agency working in your account[27].
- Jobber: private, Edmonton-based, last disclosed funding a US$100 million Series D in 2023[59][60]. It raised prices on many plans between February and September 2026[61][62].
What do roofers complain about most?
| Vendor | Capterra | Trustpilot |
|---|---|---|
| JobNimbus | 4.6 / 5 (482) | 3.0 / 5 (399) |
| AccuLynx | 4.6 / 5 (847) | 3.3 / 5 (92) |
| ServiceTitan | 4.3 / 5 (341) | 3.9 / 5 (414) |
| Jobber | 4.6 / 5 (1,485) | 4.2 / 5 (230) |
JobNimbus reviewers cite bugs that interrupt work, a limited mobile app, paying for other services to get full value, and billing disputes after cancellation[63][54][64]. AccuLynx reviewers cite price and add-on costs, repeated price increases, a field app that loads slowly on job sites, and difficulty getting data back after cancelling[4][69][24]. ServiceTitan reviewers cite cancellation terms that were not clear up front and extra costs for features[66][65]. Jobber reviewers cite repeated price increases and reports too limited to drill into[68][67].
Which roofing CRM should you buy?
- Solo or 1–2 trucks: Jobber. It is the only one with published prices; both it and JobNimbus offer a free trial, and month-to-month billing lets you leave[7][1]. Plan on CallRail if most leads call, since we found no native call tracking[36]. JobNimbus Essentials (up to 3 users) is the roofing-specific alternative if you want EagleView and supplier ordering in the CRM and will run the 14-day trial first[1][18].
- 3–10 people with an office, mostly retail: JobNimbus Pro (up to 10 users)[1]. Wire lead sources in through WhatConverts, call tracking or Zapier so jobs do not arrive blank[20][21].
- 3–10 people with an office, insurance work: AccuLynx Elite, for supplement and permit tracking and embedded web forms, plus AppConnections if you need CallRail or the API[2][26]. Get the per-license quote in writing with every add-on priced.
- Multi-location: AccuLynx Elite includes multi-location[2]. ServiceTitan fits if you run exteriors alongside HVAC, plumbing or electrical, want revenue per campaign, and can carry the implementation fee and the full-term termination clause[12][27][6].
- Whatever you pick: export customers, jobs and documents before any renewal date. None of the four promises a clean exit after you cancel[17][27][24][33].
Frequently asked questions
- What is the best CRM for roofing companies?
- For roofing-specific work, JobNimbus and AccuLynx are the two CRMs built around roofing, with aerial measurement ordering and supplier integrations inside the job. AccuLynx Elite is the stronger fit for insurance restoration because supplement and permit tracking are included; JobNimbus fits retail roofers with 3 to 19 users. Jobber suits solo operators who want published prices, and ServiceTitan suits multi-technician exteriors shops.
- How much do JobNimbus and AccuLynx cost?
- Neither publishes a price. JobNimbus marks all four plans request pricing and offers a 14-day free trial with no required setup fee; third-party reports of $225 or $550 a month plus per-user seats are unconfirmed estimates. AccuLynx gives a custom quote per user license for its Pro and Elite plans, billed monthly with no contract, and offers demos rather than a free trial.
- Which roofing CRM works with Xactimate?
- JobNimbus imports Xactimate estimates through XactAnalysis, but only for accounts on its legacy financials, and those estimates do not sync to QuickBooks. AccuLynx has no native Xactimate integration according to a third-party review site, though Verisk, the company behind Xactimate, is trying to acquire AccuLynx and the deal is under appeal as of September 2026.
- Does AccuLynx or JobNimbus track supplements?
- AccuLynx includes supplement tracking in its Elite plan only, not in Pro. JobNimbus shows no native supplement tracker on its pricing or restoration pages as of September 2026, so ask JobNimbus directly how supplements are tracked before you buy.
- Which roofing CRM connects to Google Local Services Ads?
- ServiceTitan takes Local Services Ads bookings automatically and includes Reserve with Google. Jobber puts a Book Online button on your LSA that books into your schedule, though it labels LSA and Google Business Profile bookings with the same Google lead source. JobNimbus and AccuLynx do not mention Local Services Ads on any page we checked, so LSA leads reach them through a tracking number, Zapier or manual entry.
- Can I get my data out of a roofing CRM if I switch?
- Only partly, and mostly while you are still a customer. JobNimbus has no one-click full export; records come out through Custom Reports and attachments one job at a time. AccuLynx publishes no exit policy. ServiceTitan commits only to commercially reasonable efforts after termination, with possible fees. Jobber exports the client list on select plans. Export before you give notice.
