How Much Does Service Fusion Cost in 2026?

By Ryan Goering, CEO, BaaDigi · Last updated September 2026 · 23 sources checked

Service Fusion pricing is published and flat per company, with unlimited users on every plan. Starter costs $245 a month month-to-month or $208 a month billed annually, charged as one annual payment at sign-up (about $2,496 by our math); Plus is $382 or $325; Pro is $627 or $533[1]. Annual billing saves 15%[1]. Job photos, inventory, job costing, eSign, the customer portal, ServiceCall.ai call tracking and GPS fleet tracking are add-ons on lower plans, and none of the add-ons has a published price[1]. The biggest thing to check before you pay: the pricing page says every plan is month-to-month, but the Subscription Agreement says the term renews automatically for periods equal to the initial term and that all fees are non-refundable[2]. On an annual plan, that can mean another full year.

BaaDigi does not resell Service Fusion or take a referral fee from any software vendor named on this page. We sell marketing services, including a custom CRM built on GoHighLevel.

What does each Service Fusion plan cost?

Pro$627 / month$533 / monthUnlimitedOpen API, custom documents, eSign, customer web portal, progress billing and recurring invoicing

Pricing is per company, not per technician, so adding office staff or techs does not raise the base price[1]. The pricing page offers a free demo; it does not list a free trial[1]. No setup fee is published. The page describes onboarding as personalized but gives no price for it[1].

Service Fusion says it serves more than 7,000 service companies[1]. That is the vendor’s own figure.

Capterra lists Service Fusion at $259, $399 and $649 a month for Starter, Plus and Pro, higher than the $245, $382 and $627 on Service Fusion’s own page[3][1]. The vendor page is the one to quote. We could not confirm which figures are newer, so ask for the price in writing.

Which Service Fusion features cost extra?

  • Add-ons with no published price: job photo uploads, inventory, job costing, custom documents, eSign, customer web portal and progress/recurring billing (these are included on higher plans), plus ServiceCall.ai and GPS fleet tracking on every plan[1].
  • ServiceCall.ai, the call-tracking and VoIP add-on, is billed on top of the subscription. Its standard plan includes up to 2,000 minutes per user, pooled across users; the price is not published[4].
  • Card processing through Service Fusion Payments starts at "as low as" 2.90% + $0.30 per transaction[5].
  • A declined electronic payment carries a $35 administrative charge each time[2].

Service Fusion’s own help center disagrees with itself on the customer portal. One article says it can be added to any package; another says it requires the Plus plan[6][7].

Budget question for the demo: get a written price for every add-on you saw, especially ServiceCall.ai, which is an add-on on every plan. Plus and Pro include “integrated voice and text,” but the pricing page does not explain how that differs from ServiceCall.ai. Call tracking is how you tie leads to ad spend, so ask which one gives you tracking numbers by lead source.

Is Service Fusion really month-to-month?

The pricing page and the contract say different things. Read both before signing.

  • The pricing page FAQ: "Service Fusion offers all plans on a month-to-month basis," with 15% off for annual pricing[1].
  • The Subscription Agreement: after the initial term, "the term will automatically renew for successive periods equal to the initial term, unless cancelled by either party in accordance with this Agreement"[2].
  • Fees are "non-refundable," there is no pro-rated refund when you downgrade, and Service Fusion may change fees on notice[2].
  • The agreement was last modified March 23, 2026, and is issued by FSM Technologies, LLC d/b/a Service Fusion[2].

If you pay annually, your initial term is a year, and under the agreement it renews for another year unless cancelled. To cancel, the agreement requires “30 days’ written notice prior to the end of the then current term”[2]. Put a reminder on your calendar well before that 30-day cutoff.

Can you get your data out of Service Fusion if you leave?

If you ask Service Fusion to export your data, the Subscription Agreement treats that as a paid professional service. Service Fusion will deliver the export file "as feasible," provides it as-is with no responsibility for errors or omissions, and does no export work until those fees are paid in full[2]. No price for the export is published.

If you are thinking of leaving, pull your customer, job and invoice reports yourself while your account is active, rather than relying on a paid export.

How does Service Fusion track where leads come from?

Most of Service Fusion’s lead tracking lives in add-ons, not in the base plans. Here is what a contractor running Google Ads, Local Services Ads or a Google Business Profile actually gets.

  • Call tracking: the ServiceCall.ai add-on lets you buy local and toll-free numbers, link each to a referral source in Service Fusion, and tie calls to jobs or estimates[4].
  • Website text leads: ServiceChat.ai is a "text me back" widget pasted into your site that captures leads into the ServiceCall.ai inbox[8].
  • AI call and chat answering: ZyraTalk, a sister product under the same EverPro group, answers calls and website chat and books into Service Fusion. It has no published price[9].
  • Google Local Services Ads: there is no native LSA integration. LSA leads come in through a third-party partner, LSArespond, which enters them into Service Fusion and adds auto-responders. Service Fusion’s partner page lists LSArespond at a free 30-day trial, then 50 cents per LSA lead reply[10].
  • Google Business Profile: we found no Reserve with Google booking integration. The Google connection is review requests, covered below.
  • Zapier and API: Service Fusion’s Zapier app triggers on new jobs, customers, estimates and invoices[11]. The open API is on the Pro plan only[1]. There is no native GoHighLevel integration on Service Fusion’s partner page, so that runs through Zapier[10].

Our read of where the source gets lost: we found no built-in path for a web form lead or a Google Ads click into Service Fusion on Starter. Without ServiceCall.ai numbers per campaign, or a Zapier bridge that carries the source field, the job record will not say which ad produced it.

Is Service Fusion’s review tool safe for your Google Business Profile?

Service Fusion Reviews, announced in Service Fusion’s help center in July 2025, sends review requests automatically "when invoices are paid in full"[12]. Recurring invoices, deposits and progress billing invoices do not trigger a request[12]. Service Fusion’s June 2026 blog describes the same feature as sending requests "right after a job ends"[13].

Service Fusion’s product page describes a step it calls Smart Review Routing: "Happy customers are prompted to leave a public Google review. Unhappy customers are asked to share feedback privately, giving you actionable insights"[14]. Service Fusion’s help center setup articles for Service Fusion Reviews do not mention this routing; the setup article describes turning the feature on or off, with no routing setting[12][15].

Google’s review policy lists, among the things merchants may not do: "Discourage or prohibit negative reviews, or selectively solicit positive reviews from customers"[16]. As Service Fusion’s product page describes it, sending happy customers to Google and asking unhappy ones for private feedback matches what that policy prohibits. The product page does not mention the policy[14].

We could not confirm how the routing works in your account or whether it can be switched off so every customer gets the same Google link. The reviews land on your Google Business Profile, not on Service Fusion’s. Ask Service Fusion before you turn the feature on, and if the routing cannot be switched off, send review requests another way.

Who is Service Fusion built for?

Service Fusion describes itself as field service software for growing service businesses that want to be organized "without being overwhelmed"[17]. In its own ServiceTitan comparison, it targets teams of 3–30 technicians[18].

Its trade list covers HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, garage door, pool service, cleaning, locksmith, landscaping, roofing, irrigation and other residential and commercial service work[19]. It is headquartered in Irving, Texas[17], and belongs to EverCommerce’s EverPro group of home-service products[9][20].

Flat per-company pricing favors crews with several techs and office staff. A solo operator pays the same $245 a month as a ten-person team on Starter[1].

What do contractors complain about most?

SiteRatingReviews
Capterra4.3 / 5308
Trustpilot2.5 / 56 (too small a sample to weigh heavily)

The recurring complaints are slow or missing support responses, features reviewers say were promised during onboarding but not delivered, weak reporting on service plans, and bugs that took a long time to fix[21][3][22]. One of the six Trustpilot reviewers also says a no-refund policy was never disclosed[21]. The recurring praise is an easy interface and a good fit for small field teams that need organized scheduling[3]. G2 blocked our checks, so its rating is not shown.

What changed at Service Fusion in 2025–2026?

  • ZyraTalk AI call answering was integrated natively with Service Fusion, which EverCommerce said was completed ahead of schedule[20].
  • Automated review requests ("Service Fusion Reviews") were announced in July 2025[12].
  • Tap to Pay, which lets techs take cards on a compatible phone, is rolling out[23].
  • The payments stack is shifting: the pricing FAQ still says Service Fusion Payments is powered by PaySimple, while the payments page describes a Stripe card reader[1][5].
  • The Subscription Agreement was revised March 23, 2026[2].

Should you buy Service Fusion?

  • Likely a fit: a 3–30 tech service company that wants published, flat pricing with unlimited users and does not need deep marketing attribution out of the box.
  • Likely not: a shop that lives on Google Ads and LSA and needs every lead tied to a campaign. That takes the unpriced ServiceCall.ai add-on, a third-party LSA partner, and Zapier or the Pro-only API.
  • Either way: get every add-on price in writing, ask how the auto-renewal clause and its 30-day notice apply to your plan, and confirm review requests can go to every customer, not only the happy ones.

Frequently asked questions

How much does Service Fusion cost per month?
Service Fusion publishes three plans with unlimited users: Starter at $245 a month, Plus at $382 and Pro at $627 on month-to-month billing. Billed annually, they drop to $208, $325 and $533 a month, a 15% discount, paid as one annual charge at sign-up.
Does Service Fusion require a contract?
The pricing page says all plans are month-to-month. The Subscription Agreement, however, says the term renews automatically for periods equal to the initial term, that cancelling takes 30 days’ written notice before the end of the current term, and that fees are non-refundable. On an annual plan, read the renewal and cancellation terms before signing.
Why does Capterra show different Service Fusion prices?
Capterra lists $259, $399 and $649 a month, while Service Fusion’s own pricing page shows $245, $382 and $627 on month-to-month billing. The vendor page is the authoritative source. Ask Service Fusion for your price in writing.
Is Service Fusion’s review routing allowed by Google?
Service Fusion’s product page describes Smart Review Routing as prompting happy customers to leave a public Google review and asking unhappy customers to share feedback privately. Its help center setup articles do not mention the routing. As described, that matches what Google’s review policy prohibits: selectively soliciting positive reviews. Confirm every customer can be sent the same Google link before using it.
Does Service Fusion integrate with Google Local Services Ads?
Not natively. LSA leads reach Service Fusion through a third-party partner, LSArespond, which Service Fusion’s partner page lists at a free 30-day trial, then 50 cents per LSA lead reply. Call tracking by lead source needs the ServiceCall.ai add-on, which has no published price.
