How Do You Get Roofing Leads Fast?
Free Agentic Browsing Audit

Can an AI agent actually use your website?

AI agents are starting to visit sites on a customer's behalf — comparing companies and requesting quotes. We run the same agentic browsing checks Google built into Chrome and show you what an agent hits when it lands on your site. No email to run it.

By Ryan Goering, founder and CEO of BaaDigi. We sell the services priced at the end of this guide; the response figures come from our own client accounts.

An empty slot next week creates a different problem from a long-term shortage of visibility. The immediate task is to find work you can honestly offer and serve. The longer-term task is to build dependable acquisition and follow-up. Keep them connected without expecting a new marketing account to solve a cash deadline.

What should you check before spending more?

  1. Review unanswered legitimate inquiries and estimates that still need a decision.
  2. Confirm the customer’s status before following up; a closed or declined project is not an open opportunity.
  3. Test your own phone, form and routing using a clearly identified test.
  4. Confirm who can respond and which inspections or jobs you can actually accommodate.
  5. Check active campaign status, payment issues and applicable account notices.

Use the contractor response guide to separate an acknowledgment from a meaningful conversation. A fast automated message does not establish that a roofer has assessed the request or accepted the work.

Which existing opportunities deserve follow-up?

Start with people who asked for roofing help and are waiting on something you promised: an inspection time, a revised scope, an answer or an estimate. Make the message specific to that request. Ask whether the project is still active and offer the next useful action rather than sending a generic discount blast.

If using messaging software, check the permission and opt-out record. Twilio’s messaging policy requires appropriate consent for the sender and message purpose. A past inquiry does not automatically authorize ongoing promotional messages. Use applicable provider rules and your actual customer preferences.

Can Local Services Ads start immediately?

Do not promise that. Google describes screening and verification requirements that vary by business and location. Check your category, eligibility and account status. A verified account still needs suitable settings and someone available to handle the resulting inquiries.

For an account already running, review real lead records and capacity before changing spend. For a new account, treat setup as a dependency, not a guaranteed deadline. The roofing LSA guide provides the broader channel review.

When is a paid lead test practical?

Consider it only when the purchased category matches your work, the terms are understood and your office can respond. Check fees, replenishment, credits and stopping rules before funding. Use the vendor purchasing checklist. Urgency does not make an unclear offer safer or an unsuitable request more valuable.

Set a spending boundary from cash you can risk. Record inquiries, appointments and actual commitments separately. A full inspection calendar is not the same as a full production schedule, and neither is the same as collected customer payments.

What should the daily review show?

RecordUseful question
Open customer requestWhat are we responsible for sending or confirming?
Office responseHas a person addressed the actual need?
Inspection capacityCan we honor the time we offered?
Campaign or vendor spendingAre charges within the approved exposure?
Customer outcomeIs this a conversation, estimate, signed contract or collected payment?

Staff the review around when inquiries actually arrive. Across 28 BaaDigi client websites (486 form submissions, Apr–Sep 2026), 66.9% of forms came in between 8am and 5pm Pacific, Tuesday was the peak day, and weekend days ran at roughly 40% of a weekday. Cover those hours first.

After the immediate gap is addressed, use the roofing lead-generation plan to reduce dependence on last-minute spending. Keep the fixes that improve intake even when the calendar becomes busy.

Editorial correction: Earlier speed guarantees, unsupported response multipliers and an unverified calendar-filling success story have been removed.

What does BaaDigi charge?

The Stability Engine runs $497 per month plus $995 setup for the published website, business profile, content, reporting and Google ads management scope, with ad spend of up to $1,600 per month paid straight to Google. That is a service price, not a price per roofing lead.

Empty calendar next week?

Send us your open inquiries and current campaigns. We will find the fastest honest fix, which is rarely more ad spend.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can you guarantee roofing leads within 48 hours?▼

No. Eligibility, setup, demand and the homeowner's timing are outside your control. What you can do in 48 hours is answer every open inquiry and test your phone and forms.

Should I text everyone who ever requested an estimate?▼

No. An old estimate is not permission for an open-ended marketing campaign. Check the original request, current project status, contact preferences and the messaging rules your system operates under. Send a relevant reply to a legitimate unresolved need, honor opt-outs, and do not let a temporary calendar gap override communication boundaries.

Should I raise ad spending when the calendar is empty?▼

Not until the intake works. First check whether current inquiries are suitable, answered and moving to estimates. Our client data shows why: across 492 conversations on six accounts (Jun–Sep 2026), 4 in 10 had no logged reply, and only 37.6% of all conversations were answered within 5 minutes. More clicks into that funnel buy more unanswered leads. Confirm tracking, payment and campaign status, and confirm staff can handle more volume. If a controlled increase is still justified, set a cash limit, record the date, and review actual outcomes rather than lead counts. Spending cannot fix broken routing, an unsuitable offer or estimates nobody follows up.

What should I count as a successful short-term result?▼

Define the outcome first. A reached prospect, a booked inspection, an accepted proposal and a collected payment are different milestones with different value. Track each honestly, keep the delivery commitment realistic, and review acquisition cost alongside the work created. Then keep the intake and follow-up fixes; one busy week does not prove a repeatable system.
