Comparison Guide
Which Gutter Marketing Agency Is Worth Hiring in 2026?
Gutter companies advertise against a national brand: LeafFilter runs 150-plus offices and more than a million installs, and its bids sit in the same Google auctions as yours. That is why LocaliQ's roofing-and-gutters benchmark shows the most expensive search lead of any home-services category at $228. On 2026-09-11 we asked Perplexity, ChatGPT with web search and Google's Gemini ten questions a gutter company owner would type, thirty answers, and counted the agencies named. RYNO Strategic Solutions (Blue Corona until 2024) led with 18, Home Service Direct 16, Fannit and Hook Agency 11, Built Right Digital and Results Digital 8. BaaDigi: 0. Below are the counts, every published price, and the fall calendar that decides when gutter guard spend should be on.

The Short Answer
For most gutter companies the deciding numbers are the lead cost and the calendar, not the agency name. Search leads in the roofing-and-gutters category run $228 by LocaliQ's benchmark, gutter cleaning leads $65–$90, LSA leads $20–$85, and gutter guard search volume rises 60–80% from August to October. So the paid plan is LSA and Google Business Profile year-round, long-tail gutter guard search from mid-August, and cleaning campaigns October to December. On price, the field is unusually open: Zonic publishes $197, $750 and $1,500 tiers month-to-month; Built Right Digital $1,499, $2,499 and $4,999 with standalone LSA management at $299; GutterPro Marketing Labs, gutter-only, $1,500, $2,500 and $4,500; Fannit $1,500 and $3,500; BaaDigi $297–$3,997. Home Service Direct, the most-cited gutter specialist, publishes lead-cost ranges and a "30 leads in 30 days or free" offer but no retainer. RYNO leads the AI answers and publishes neither.

How we tested which agencies AI engines actually recommend
On 2026-09-11 we asked ten questions a gutter company owner might type, including "Best marketing agency for gutter companies?", "Which marketing agency gets gutter companies the most leads?" and "Which gutter marketing agencies publish their pricing?", to Perplexity (sonar), ChatGPT with web search (gpt-4o) and Google's Gemini with Search grounding. Thirty answers, all returned. We counted each answer that named an agency and merged Blue Corona into RYNO. BaaDigi: 0 of 30. Treehouse Marketing and Townsquare Interactive were named but not reviewed on their own sites, and the table says so.
What the engines cited: Built Right Digital (29 citations), Home Service Direct (26), Blue Corona (19), Local Business Marketing (18), Results Digital (16) and Fannit (9). All three gutter lists we read rank their own publisher first, and one of them lists five roofing agencies as gutter specialists.
Why gutter advertising costs what it does
LeafFilter alone runs 150-plus offices and has passed a million installs, and Google's auction prices your click against every advertiser bidding on the same term, so "gutter guards" and "gutter guard installation" run about $26–$28 a click while "gutter cleaning near me" runs about $9. LocaliQ's roofing-and-gutters benchmark, $228 per search lead at a 3.70% conversion rate, is the most expensive in home services because of that competition. The way around it is not to outbid the national brand: Local Services Ads ($20–$85 per lead by published ranges) and the Google Business Profile do not sell to national advertisers the same way, and long-tail city-plus-guard terms are cheaper than the head term. Ask any agency for its plan for both, and for cleaning as a separate, cheaper campaign.
What gutter company owners complain about after they sign
**Shared and unreachable leads.** A gutter cleaning contractor on r/sweatystartup reported Angi leads at $25–$35 sent to three or four companies; guides put Angi at $20–$70 shared with three to five contractors. The FTC ordered HomeAdvisor to pay up to $7.2 million over misleading lead-quality claims. **Auto-renewing 12-month terms** with 30–35% early-exit charges and up to 60 days notice, per third-party summaries of Angi's terms. **Click-only reporting** with no booked-job number. **Agency-owned accounts and sites**, which in one agency's published terms means you own your website and ad assets only after 36 months. Each is a clause; the next section covers them.
The gutter calendar
Gutter guard search volume rises 60–80% from August to October, so guard campaigns should be live by mid-August, not September. October to December is the busiest cleaning window, which is a separate, cheaper campaign ($65–$90 per lead versus $228 for guard and installation terms) and a feeder for spring installation work. Spring is installation and repair after winter damage. An agency running one flat budget across twelve months is paying LeafFilter prices in the months when nobody is searching.
What a gutter marketing contract should say
Ownership: domain, website, Google Business Profile (you as primary owner), Google Ads, LSA, GA4 and call tracking in your name from day one; Blue Corona, Hook and Built Right state you own the site; Results Digital states 36 months. **Fees**: management fee separate from media; Built Right and Zonic publish no percentage of spend. **Lead definition** and exclusivity count in writing, with credit and dispute terms. **Term**: 90-day initial then month-to-month is the buyer-friendly version and most of the agencies on this page publish month-to-month; get auto-renew and the exit formula in writing regardless. **Seasonal plan**: guard spend from mid-August, cleaning from October, in the contract. **Reporting**: cost per booked job by campaign.
How to choose by size
One or two crews: LSA and the Google Business Profile first at $20–$85 a lead, then a fixed-price site: Footbridge at $249, Zonic's $197 tier or BaaDigi's Foundation and Stability engines ($297, $497), all month-to-month.
$500K–$2M: Fannit's $1,500 tier, Built Right's $1,499 tier or a la carte (LSA $299, Ads $999), GutterPro's $1,500 gutter-only tier, Home Service Direct's paid-lead program, or BaaDigi's Predictability engine ($1,397).
$2M-plus or multi-market: RYNO/Blue Corona (named most by AI, no published price), Hook (above $2M), Built Right's $4,999 tier or GutterPro's $4,500 tier.
**Do not hire anyone yet** if the Google Business Profile has under ten reviews or you cannot answer the phone in September. In this trade the phone rings for eight weeks; be ready.

Frequently Asked Questions
Which gutter marketing agencies publish their pricing?
Zonic Media ($197, $750, $1,500 a month; sites from $900), Built Right Digital ($1,499, $2,499, $4,999 full-service; LSA $299, Google Ads $999, SEO $999, Meta $1,999; sites $5,750–$14,390), GutterPro Marketing Labs ($1,500, $2,500, $4,500, gutter-only), Fannit ($1,500 and $3,500), Footbridge Media ($249 flat) and BaaDigi ($297 to $3,997). Home Service Direct publishes lead-cost ranges but not its retainer; Mr. Pipeline publishes a $1,000 minimum Google budget but not its fee. RYNO/Blue Corona, Hook, Scorpion, Thrive and Results Digital do not publish gutter pricing.
How much should a gutter company spend on marketing?
Start from the lead costs: $228 per roofing-and-gutters search lead by LocaliQ's benchmark, $65–$90 for cleaning, $20–$85 for LSA, $20–$70 shared on Angi. Third-party guides put PPC management at $500–$1,500 a month or 10–20% of spend, most agency retainers at $1,000–$2,500, and media at $1,500–$5,000 a month. Weight the budget to mid-August through December, when guard searches rise 60–80% and cleaning peaks, and keep LSA and the Google Business Profile funded all year.
How does LeafFilter affect local gutter advertising?
LeafFilter runs 150-plus offices and more than a million installs, and Google's auction prices every click against all bidders on a term, so national gutter guard advertising raises the cost of generic terms for everyone: "gutter guards [city]" runs about $28 a click and "gutter guard installation" $26, versus $9 for "gutter cleaning near me". Local companies do better in Local Services Ads, on the Google Business Profile, and on long-tail city-specific guard terms, which Home Service Direct claims run 40–60% cheaper per click than the head terms.
When should a gutter guard company start its fall campaign?
Mid-August. Search volume for gutter guard installation rises 60–80% from August into October, and campaigns that launch in September miss the first month of it. October to December is the cleaning peak and a separate, cheaper campaign that feeds spring installation work. Put the calendar in the agency contract so spend is not spread evenly across twelve months.
Who do AI engines recommend for gutter marketing?
In our 2026-09-11 test of 30 answers across Perplexity, ChatGPT and Google's Gemini, RYNO/Blue Corona was named 18 times, Home Service Direct 16, Fannit 11, Hook Agency 11, Built Right Digital 8, Results Digital 8, Scorpion 7, Footbridge 5, Treehouse Marketing 5, Zonic Media 5, Mr. Pipeline 4, GutterPro Marketing Labs 4, Thrive 3 and Townsquare Interactive 3. BaaDigi was named 0 times. Every gutter list the engines cited ranks its own publisher first.
What should be in a gutter marketing contract?
A written lead definition and exclusivity count with credit and dispute terms; the term, auto-renewal and early-exit formula (third-party summaries of Angi's terms show 12-month commitments with 30–35% exit charges, which is what to avoid); your ownership of Google Ads, LSA, Google Business Profile, site and call tracking from day one rather than after 36 months; fees itemized from media; a seasonal spend plan with guard campaigns from mid-August; and reporting by cost per booked job per campaign. A 90-day initial term then month-to-month is the buyer-friendly standard.
