Comparison Guide
Which Concrete Marketing Agency Should You Hire in 2026?
A driveway, a stamped patio, a garage floor coating and a commercial slab bid are four different sales, and concrete marketing agencies are usually built for one of them. So instead of adding another ranked list, we measured what AI engines recommend. On 2026-09-30 we asked Perplexity, ChatGPT with web search and Google's Gemini ten questions a flatwork, decorative or coatings owner would type, thirty answers in all, and counted the agencies named. Built Right Digital was named in 13. Concrete Marketing Pros was named in 12, RYNO Strategic Solutions (with Blue Corona) and Concrete CEO in 11 each, and Concrete Marketing Crew and Hook Agency in 8 each. BaaDigi was named 0 times. Below: the counts, every price and contract term each agency publishes on its own site, what changed for concrete contractors in the last two years, and which kind of agency fits which kind of company.

The Short Answer
Concrete has more concrete-only agencies than most trades, and more of them publish prices. Concrete Marketing Pros (residential only) lists $297 a month, $1,997 a month and $24,000 a year, with the two lower tiers month-to-month. Concrete CEO says full-service marketing starts at $2,000 a month. Contractor Click, which Concrete Marketing Crew became, lists $1,500, $2,500 and $5,000 a month. Built Right Digital's tiers run from $1,199 to $19,999 a month, month-to-month. Hardscape Marketing Crew lists $1,500 to $7,500 by revenue, and Hook Agency SEO starts at $2,800 on a yearly commitment. Concrete Internet Marketing, Funnel Boost Media, Salty's Media and Scorpion quote after a call. BaaDigi publishes $297 to $3,997 month-to-month. Budget for ad spend on top: Concrete Marketing Pros says most clients start at $1,000 to $2,000 a month.
Quick Answers
Who are the best concrete marketing agencies in 2026?
Measured on 2026-09-30 across 30 AI answers (Perplexity, ChatGPT web search, Google Gemini), the agencies named most for concrete contractors were Built Right Digital (13), Concrete Marketing Pros (12), RYNO Strategic Solutions including Blue Corona (11), Concrete CEO (11), Concrete Marketing Crew (8, now operating as Contractor Click), Hook Agency (8), Hardscape Marketing Crew (7), and Scorpion, Salty's Media, Concrete Internet Marketing and Funnel Boost Media (5 each). BaaDigi was named 0 times. Most of the lists the engines cited were written by agencies that rank themselves first.
How much does a concrete marketing agency cost per month?
Published on the agencies' own sites: Concrete Marketing Pros $297 or $1,997 a month, or $24,000 a year; Built Right Digital $1,199 to $19,999 a month across two tier sets; Contractor Click (formerly Concrete Marketing Crew) $1,500, $2,500 and $5,000 a month; Hardscape Marketing Crew $1,500, $3,500 and $7,500; Concrete CEO from $2,000; Hook Agency SEO from $2,800 and Google Ads from $2,000; Blue Corona (now RYNO) $3,500 to over $10,000; BaaDigi $297 to $3,997. Ad spend is extra. Concrete Internet Marketing, Funnel Boost, Salty's Media and Scorpion publish no price.
Which concrete marketing agencies offer month-to-month contracts?
On their own sites: Concrete Marketing Pros (its $297 and $1,997 tiers, 30 days' notice; the $24,000 Authority tier is annual), Built Right Digital's full-service plans, Blue Corona/RYNO ("You Don't Have to Worry About Long-Term Contracts"), Funnel Boost Media after an initial strategy period, and BaaDigi. Hook Agency asks for a yearly commitment and Scorpion typically requires 12 months for technology and SEO. Concrete Internet Marketing asks for an initial SEO commitment without stating its length. Concrete CEO, Contractor Click, Hardscape Marketing Crew and Salty's Media do not publish a term.
Should a concrete coatings company hire a different agency than a flatwork contractor?
Usually, yes. Garage floor, epoxy and polyaspartic jobs sell on before-and-after video and Facebook and Instagram ads, which is the focus of Salty's Media (its concrete page is about coatings only), Contractor Click (it lists concrete coating as an industry) and Built Right Digital's separate coatings program. Flatwork, driveways and stamped patios lean on Google Maps, Local Services Ads and search, where Concrete Marketing Pros, Concrete Internet Marketing, Hook Agency and Hardscape Marketing Crew focus. If you are a coatings franchisee, read your franchise agreement's marketing and territory terms before hiring anyone.

How we tested which agencies AI engines actually recommend
On 2026-09-30 we asked ten questions a concrete contractor might type, including "Best marketing agency for concrete contractors?", "Affordable marketing agency for a small concrete company?", "What agency helps concrete contractors show up in ChatGPT and AI search?" and "Which marketing agencies publish their pricing for concrete contractors?", to Perplexity (sonar), ChatGPT with web search (gpt-4o) and Google's Gemini with Search grounding. Thirty answers, all returned. We counted every answer that named an agency, merged Blue Corona into RYNO, and left software and lead marketplaces (ServiceTitan, Houzz Pro, HomeAdvisor and Angi) out of the table. Concrete Marketing Pros (concretemarketingpro.com) and Concrete Internet Marketing (concreteinternetmarketing.com) sound alike, and one Google answer listed them together, but their sites show two separate companies, so they have separate rows.
**The engines disagreed.** Perplexity named Built Right Digital and Concrete Marketing Pros in 7 of its 10 answers each. ChatGPT named Concrete Marketing Crew and RYNO/Blue Corona in 5 each, and three of its answers named no agency at all. Google named Hook Agency in 8 and Hardscape Marketing Crew in 7, and was the only engine to name Salty's Media.
Also named, outside the table: Thrive, Fannit, Contractor Gorilla, Foundation Marketing Pros and Venveo (4 answers each). Others named less often included The Builders Agency, Contractor Dynamics, Concrete Marketers, SERPWARS, WebFX, KeyGrow, AdverClash, 1212 Agency, Construction Marketing Partners, Concrete Marketing Team, Concrete SEO Services and RSM Marketing.
Where BaaDigi showed up: nowhere. 0 of 30, and no engine cited a BaaDigi page. That is the honest baseline.
What changed for concrete contractors from 2024 to 2026
**2026: concretemarketingcrew.com stopped being an agency site.** The rebrand itself is older: archived copies of the homepage already said "Concrete Marketing Crew is now Contractor Click!" in March 2024. Between February and June 2026 the domain turned into a guides and directory site, its about page now says the agency "has now evolved into Contractor Click," and its old pricing page returns a 404. ChatGPT still named Concrete Marketing Crew as an agency in 5 of its 10 answers, and Perplexity quoted a price from the dead pricing page. If you want that team, the current offer and prices are on contractor.click.
**October 2025: "Google Guaranteed" and "Google Screened" are gone.** On August 20, 2025, Google announced that starting in October a single Google Verified badge would replace Google Guaranteed, Google Screened and the other Local Services Ads badges, and its help center says the Money Back Guarantee was discontinued, with claims limited to services booked before December 7, 2025. One Google answer in our test still told a small concrete company to apply for LSAs under the "Google Screened" name. Check any proposal that still sells an old badge.
**May 2025: AI Mode opened to everyone in the U.S.** Google began rolling AI Mode out to all U.S. users on May 20, 2025, so homeowners now get typed answers, not just ten links, when they ask who pours driveways near them. That is why several agencies here now sell AI search work: Hook at $4,000 a month, Concrete Marketing Pros inside its $24,000-a-year tier, and Concrete Internet Marketing inside its SEO.
**October 2024: RYNO and Blue Corona merged.** The two home-services agencies now operate under the RYNO Strategic Solutions brand, per Blue Corona's own announcement.
Who wrote the lists the AI engines read
Apart from Google's own redirect links, the most-cited sites were builtrightdigital.com (25 citations), agencies.semrush.com (14), fervorstudio.ca (14), concretemarketingpro.com (13) and concreteceo.com (12). Built Right Digital publishes at least five concrete-coating "best agencies" lists (lead generation, SEO, PPC, Meta ads and franchise marketing) that Perplexity cited; its lead-generation list ranks Built Right Digital first, which goes a long way to explaining its 7 of 10 on Perplexity. Fannit's concrete contractor list, updated April 2026, ranks Fannit first and still lists Concrete Marketing Crew second as an agency. Fervor Studio's construction list includes Fervor itself and says so in a disclosure. Contractor Click's February 2026 coatings roundup is written by Contractor Click and features Contractor Click. Hook Agency's foundation repair list ranks Hook first. The rest of Perplexity's sources were the agencies' own homepages, where Concrete CEO and Concrete Marketing Pros both call themselves the #1 marketing agency for concrete contractors.
**The answers also got prices wrong.** Perplexity quoted a starter price for Concrete Marketing Pros that does not match the $297 on its pricing page. Google described "Silver" and "Gold" Hook bundles that are not on Hook's pricing page, and said Hardscape Marketing Crew avoids published pricing when its pricing page lists $1,500, $3,500 and $7,500. Every price on this page comes from the agency's own site.
Flatwork, decorative and coatings: why the fit matters
Most of Google's answers split concrete the same way, and the split is right. Driveways, sidewalks and patios sell from Google Maps, Local Services Ads and search, where homeowners type "concrete contractor near me". Stamped and decorative work sells on photos and price positioning, because a homeowner paying for a decorative finish needs to see it first. Garage floor coatings sell mostly from Facebook and Instagram before-and-after video. Commercial slabs and foundations are bid work won through general contractors, and no homeowner ad campaign will help.
Lead cost: LocaliQ's 2025 benchmark has no concrete category; its closest, Construction & Contractors, shows a median $165.67 per lead, a $5.31 click and the lowest conversion rate of any home-services category it tracked (2.61%). Cheap clicks that rarely convert is exactly what a bad concrete campaign looks like: DIY and "concrete bags" searches that never become estimates.
Ad spend: Concrete Marketing Pros says most of its clients start at $1,000 to $2,000 a month in ad spend; Concrete Internet Marketing recommends $1,500 to $2,500 or more for Google Ads. Add that to the agency fee before you compare prices.
Seasonality: in cold markets pours stop in winter. Ask what happens to the fee and the ad budget between December and March before you sign anything longer than month-to-month.
What concrete contractors run into after they sign
**Annual terms.** Hook Agency asks for a yearly commitment, Scorpion's FAQ says marketing technology and SEO typically run 12 months, Concrete Marketing Pros' $24,000 Authority tier is annual, and Concrete Internet Marketing asks for an initial SEO commitment without stating how long. None of it is hidden; all of it is easy to skip.
**Who keeps what.** Concrete Marketing Pros says you keep the website, CRM, ad accounts and data either way. Blue Corona says you own every deliverable, Hook says you own the site and ad account, and Concrete Internet Marketing says you own the website it builds. Built Right Digital keeps website ownership until a 12-month installment is paid off. Scorpion says you own your website after the contract, but not the underlying system.
**Shared territory.** Three Google answers told owners to demand market exclusivity. Concrete Marketing Pros says it limits concrete clients per market. Get it in writing either way.
**Coating franchises.** If you are a franchisee, your agreement may already decide your marketing. Concrete Craft's 2024 disclosure document grants a protected, not exclusive, territory of about 100,000 households, and lets the franchisor hand a key account in your territory to another installer if you opt out. Spartan Floor Coatings lists a 6% royalty plus a suggested 4% to 8% of gross sales for local marketing. Read those sections before hiring an outside agency on top.
What a concrete marketing contract should say
Ownership: the domain, website files, Google Business Profile, Google Ads and Local Services Ads accounts, GA4 and tracking numbers in your company's name, with the agency as a removable manager and an export deadline at exit. **Service-line reporting**: leads and booked estimates split by driveway, stamped and decorative, coatings, repair and commercial, so a small crack repair call is never counted as a patio lead. **Job minimums**: the negative keywords and form questions that screen out DIY searches and jobs below your minimum. **Seasonal plan**: what happens to the fee and the ad budget in winter. **Territory**: if exclusivity matters, the ZIP codes in writing. **Fee transparency**: Google's third-party policy requires agencies to be transparent about the costs of their services, so ask for the management fee and ad spend as separate lines. **Guarantees**: Google says no one can guarantee a number-one ranking, so treat a ranking guarantee as a red flag.
How to choose by size
One crew, or under about $300K a year: a complete Google Business Profile, job photos and steady reviews first; they cost nothing. Then a low fixed-price program: Concrete Marketing Pros' $297 tier or BaaDigi from $297. Avoid a 12-month term while you are still learning what works.
$300K to $1M, residential: $1,500 to $2,500 a month before ad spend. Concrete Marketing Pros at $1,997, Contractor Click at $1,500 or $2,500, Built Right Digital's $1,499 or $2,099 tiers, Hardscape Marketing Crew's $1,500 phase if you also sell pavers, Concrete CEO from $2,000 if you want coaching, or BaaDigi at $1,397.
$1M to $5M, or coatings at volume: Hook Agency (SEO from $2,800 on a yearly commitment; it says under $1M is not a fit), Hardscape Marketing Crew's $3,500 phase, Built Right Digital's $4,199 or $4,999 tiers, Contractor Click's $5,000 program, or a custom quote from Concrete Internet Marketing, Salty's Media or Funnel Boost.
Multi-crew or multi-location: RYNO/Blue Corona ($3,500 to over $10,000 a month), Scorpion on a 12-month term, Hardscape Marketing Crew's $7,500 phase, or BaaDigi at $3,997. Ask for the contract term and the exit terms before the proposal, not after.

Frequently Asked Questions
Which concrete marketing agencies publish their pricing?
On their own sites: Concrete Marketing Pros ($297 or $1,997 a month, or $24,000 a year), Built Right Digital (two tier sets from $1,199 to $19,999 a month), Contractor Click, formerly Concrete Marketing Crew ($1,500, $2,500 and $5,000 a month), Hardscape Marketing Crew ($1,500, $3,500 and $7,500), Concrete CEO (from $2,000 a month), Hook Agency (SEO from $2,800, Google Ads from $2,000), Blue Corona/RYNO ($3,500 to over $10,000) and BaaDigi ($297 to $3,997). Concrete Internet Marketing, Funnel Boost Media, Salty's Media and Scorpion publish no monthly price.
Are Concrete Marketing Pros and Concrete Internet Marketing the same company?
No. Concrete Marketing Pros (concretemarketingpro.com) works only with residential concrete companies, publishes $297, $1,997 and $24,000-a-year tiers, and runs its lower tiers month-to-month. Concrete Internet Marketing (concreteinternetmarketing.com) is Jeremy Redlinger's concrete-only agency in Elk River, Minnesota, in business since 2016, and quotes custom prices after a discovery call. One Google answer in our test listed them together as if they were one agency.
What happened to Concrete Marketing Crew?
Its own about page says Concrete Marketing Crew "has now evolved into Contractor Click," a marketing agency for home improvement and home service contractors. concretemarketingcrew.com now hosts guides, a podcast and a contractor directory, and its old pricing page returns a 404. Contractor Click publishes three programs at $1,500, $2,500 and $5,000 a month. ChatGPT still recommended Concrete Marketing Crew in 5 of its 10 answers in our test, so check the current site before you call.
Is Concrete CEO worth it?
Concrete CEO was named in 11 of our 30 AI answers, most of them on Perplexity. Its founder, Tyler Link, says he built a $4 million concrete company, and the agency sells marketing together with coaching on pricing, sales and hiring. Its FAQ says full-service marketing starts at $2,000 a month and its Partner Program adds performance-based fees. It does not publish a contract term. It fits owners who want business help as well as leads; if you only want ads run, compare it against the published tiers above.
How much should a concrete contractor spend on ads?
There is no concrete-specific benchmark we could verify. LocaliQ's closest category, Construction & Contractors, shows a median $165.67 per search-ad lead and a $5.31 click in 2025, with a 2.61% conversion rate. Concrete Marketing Pros says most of its clients start at $1,000 to $2,000 a month in ad spend, and Concrete Internet Marketing recommends $1,500 to $2,500 or more for Google Ads, both on top of the agency fee. Judge any agency on cost per booked estimate, split by job type.
What agency helps concrete contractors show up in ChatGPT and AI search?
In our test, Google's answer led with Concrete Internet Marketing, which says it includes GEO with its SEO service, and also named Fuel Online and Groundwork Agency; Perplexity named DM. Digital, Bear Fox Marketing and GBC Digital Marketing; ChatGPT named none. On their own sites, Hook sells AEO at $4,000 a month ($2,000 added to SEO), Concrete Marketing Pros includes AI search optimization in its $24,000-a-year tier, and Contractor Click lists AI search optimization in its $1,500 program. Whoever you hire, ask for a before-and-after of what ChatGPT says when asked for a concrete contractor in your city.
